Cottage Profile Compact, two bedroom, waterfront cottage with a fabulous lakeside deck, located on Chesley Lake just a fifteen minute drive from the world famous Sauble Beach. The main living area is an open concept. A wall of windows in the sunken living room looks out over the lake and the decks below. Two sofas and a chair provide somewhere to unwind after a day on the water. A television with satellite and VCR provides a distraction on a rainy day. Just above the living area is the eat in kitchen, equipped with stove, fridge, and microwave. A dining table with ample seating for everyone in the party. The five of us have vacationed together for 4 years, always camping in the back county of algonquin. We decided to rent Cox Inn this year for a change, and we were all pleasantly surprised and satisfied. Having your first cup of coffee on the dock overlooking the lake was renewing. This cottage also has a great neighborhood feel that we most definitely feel comfortable to return in the near future.

Loaction outstanding, stair down to the cottage bit dangerous should mention the stair for future renters.

I needed a quiet, relaxing week away from the hectic busy-ness of life - and got it in spades here! The owners had done a renovation on the kitchen/dining area, so we were surprised right from the start by how nice it now was - that bar-high table and chairs in the dining room was perfect!
The docks and the swimming more than lived up to the promise of the pictures; yes, there were weeds, but they were easily avoided. The upper deck was also awesome, although at the time we were there, there were issues with mosquitos...it's summer, what do you expect? But I couldn't figure out any way to turn on the beautiful street lamp they have on the deck anyway!
The stairs leading down to the cottage are quite steep, small children and anyone with mobility issues would be challenged.
All in all, we had a wonderful week and highly recommend this cottage.
