Loved the cottage. Very clean. Large yard for the kids to run around and on a very quiet street. When the kids were outside I didn't have to worry about safety. Beds and Pillows were terrible! When exhaustion hit we would sleep in the living room on the chairs! Bring your own pillows!!

Thank you for your feedback, we are glad you enjoyed the cottage. With regards to the pillows and beds the owner did replace all the beds with brand new mattresses at the end of the 2010 rental season and the pillows are replaced on a yearly basis as well. We are sorry you found these to be uncomfortable.

We all enjoyed the cottage very much. It was just right for our group and loved the set up. The cottage was clean and well organized when we got there.
A couple of suggestions:
Turn down the temperature of the hot water. It's scalding, especially in the shower.
Would have been nice to have a crib as there is a high chair, so great for babies. We had to bring ours with us, which of course, takes up a lot of room in the car.
Otherwise, very enjoyable and comfortable. -

We were really looking forward to a quiet week away in September, and this cottage was perfect for us. It was easy to make a booking, and everything was just as the description had said - a fully equipped cottage, clean and comfortable with modern conveniences.
This cottage is super for families with small children, and is on a quiet street not far from the beach. We loved the bright living room and attached kitchen. It was great to have satelite TV when the children were in bed.
The sun porch was lovely in September - just right for a warm afternoon to relax with a book. We imagined that it might have been a little warm in hot summertime, but there were plenty of windows to open to get a breeze.
This cottage was quite close to the downtown area so it was easy to get our groceries and for entertainment. We had a great week and would recommend this relaxing cottage.
