Escape to the Catskills with your friends, family, loved ones....choose from queen studio suite suitable for two or three people, the three bedroom three bathroom apartment which sleeps up to eight people, or take them both to accommodate up to 12, four bedrooms four bathrooms, jacuzzi tubs, fireplace, cable TV (in every bedroom and den too), WiFi, hardwired computer, deck overlooking creek, canoes and row boats for your use, gas barbeque, screened in porch fully equipped galley kitchen. Close to Woodstock, Hunter, Catskill, Hudson, Red Hook, Rhinebeck, Kingston, Hudson river, Catskill mountains. Two miles form exit 20 off the NYState thruway..., RTE 87, 100 miles from NYC, 1 mile from center of the village of Saugerties, NY.

Our vacation cottage is the last house on the road, bordered on two sides by creek and forest, the location offers an ideal getaway for both exploring the area, finding adventures, with pleny of time for rest and relaxation in comfort and convenience.. Property includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, toilitries, natural bedding, all cottaon bath towels and mats, flat panel tvs, paper supplies, firewood, snow removal service, refuse removal service, concierge service, and daily light housekeeping service.

The Hudson Valley and Catskills offer the visitor endless variety of fun and intersting activities and events to attend. Every month, in each season, surrounding villages host festivals, farm markets, shows, and celebrations. Each village offers a delightful collections of shops, restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and other venues of interest.   Amenities Galore -- Ultimate Hospitality!

  Came here with a group of friends (all in mid 20's - early 30's and live in NYC) for a birthday weekend getaway. We had a fantastic time. The house is much larger than it appears in photographs -- huge back deck, extra beds in each bedroom. House was very clean and comfortable and the setting was gorgeous. Lots of outdoor space to take in the gorgeous views. Outside there were 3 huge grills, 2 of them top-of-the-line gas models, and the kitchen was very well stocked with any appliance you could need while on vacation. (Blender for Margaritas!! And there is a dishwasher so you don't spend your whole vacation scrubbing plates). They had fresh cut irises in the living rooms, Tons of movies and board games, gave us lots of plush towels and even included his and hers robes in the studio bedroom... The hospitality and attention to detail were really amazing. This is a great place for a group of friends or a big family to go get away in the Catskills.
  
  We had a very well trained border collie in our group, and the owners were very accommodating. I'm glad we were able to bring him, he got to roam the big back yard and was in doggie heaven... just watch out for muddy paws before you let your pup back inside, particularly if the water levels in the creek are low.
  
  The "studio" is absolutely gorgeous -- skylights galore, a wet bar with some basic appliances, and easy access to the big back deck and side garden.
  
  The owners of the house are very friendly and laid back and stay out of your hair once you've checked in, which Imho is a big bonus for a B&B; type place. They also provide a list of hiking trails, restaurants, and local attractions, taking the guesswork out of day trips and excursions. Wish we had more time to explore more of the hiking trails that were recommended. But I guess that's just a good reason to go back!!
  
  Also super professional and straightforward on the billing end of things. They did not require a deposit from us, and there were no hidden costs or add-ons. Cleaning fees are included in the rental price, and your credit card is not charged until your visit is complete. Receipt is sent as a PDF, which is nice.
  
  In short, this place is a little slice of paradise. These people know hospitality and you are sure to have a lovely, comfortable stay at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this property.
