This lovely house in Saundersfoot sleeps seven people in four bedrooms. Neverlands is a lovely family home in Saundersfoot and sleeps seven people in four bedrooms. There is a ground floor double, and on the first floor are a single, a twin and a double. There are also a ground floor shower room and a first floor bathroom. A kitchen, dining room, sitting room and access to a shared utility, complete the accommodation. Outside, there is off road parking along with a private patio and use of a shared garden. Neverlands is a great family property all year round.

Range cooker with electric... oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, dishwasher, TV with full Sky package, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front gravelled garden plus private rear patio with furniture and shared, enclosed rear lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and Post Office 1 mile, pub with restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: Some traffic noise may be experienced when outside. Note: The owners reside in a caravan in the property grounds, which is not visible from the property and is not intrusive to guests.

Town: Saundersfoot is a lovely village on the Pembrokeshire Coast, offering beaches, a harbour and a host of amenities. The 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coastal Path starts nearby and is great for scenic walking, while Tenby is a few miles away with Blue Flag beaches and boat trips.Read more

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
