Had a problem with another house we booked and at the last minute Savannah Dream Vacations saved my vacation. Gorgeous parlor with huge ceilings and pocket doors give this updated getaway wonderful charm. Would definitely stay here again when in Savannah.

Stayed at 28 East Taylor Parlor Level for 3 nights. The apartment is well located between two squares and close to the Johnny Mercer House, St John the Baptist Church and Forsyth Park.
It was lovely staying in a fully equipped apartment. Most everything was brand new (Dishwasher,waher dryer, disposal, toaster oven microwave, stove and oven) . Very comfortable bed and beautiful architectural features. Plenty of towels. Better than a hotel room anyday.
Parking was not a problem and we bought a visitor pass ($12.00) which allowed us to park mostly anywhere in the city including garages for free.
Savannah is a very gracious city with fabulous ambiance.
I recommend staying in this apartment to add to the specialness of the trip. -

We stayed in the Garden Level.On the positive we loved the apt. Location was perfect,comfortable,neighbors were helpful, we would definitely stay there again! On the negative we wish they had told us about needing to park on different sides of the street at night due to street cleaning.The foam toilet seat needs to go! The garden is nothing to get excited over. That being said we still were very happy with our stay !

We stayed in the Parlor Level. It is decorated nicely but needed somewhere to put our suitcases and somewhere to put shower necessities. Being from the country, it was difficult getting to sleep because of the noise from the street. It is located in historic Savannah and was an easy walk to River Street and to Parker's Market on Drayton Street.

As you know from our correspondence prior to booking, we had only just finished the renovations of this beautiful parlor level apartment the day before your stay. Unfortunately, a couple of items of furniture did not arrive when scheduled! However, everything is in place now. On your next visit we would like to offer a gift voucher for one night for any inconvenience.
Being in the heart of the historic district there is a certain level of noise that comes along with it, as it does with any other city in the world. It`s not quite possible to be in the middle of it all and hear the birds in the forest at the same time. -

We recently stayed in the home on 28 E Taylor street and we fell in love with the home. It was perfect for us. The home was beautifully decorated, it came with all the amenities of home which made it awesome. The bed slept wonderful and the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed to fix a meal. I would without a doubt stay here again as well as recommend this home to others. The location was great and the neighborhood was very safe. Be mindful of your parking, be sure to read all the signs before parking your car for the evening.

The home is charming and in the perfect location in historic Savannah to easily walk to all attractions and sites. Our visit to Savannah was with our daughter and soon to be son-in-law and the four of us stayed in the home comfortably. It was much better than a hotel where we would have been serparted and not been able to interact. We had a fantastic visit and the house helped make that happen.
