The Jepson house is a beautiful home that succeeds at being cozy, elegant and just downright charming! The home is located about 1 mile from the river, which makes for a beautiful, scenic walk. I really loved the high ceilings of this home. Manderly and her husband were excellent to work with. I highly recommend it and would absolutely come again. As other reviewers have said, it is even better in person.

We had a wonderful time at 1006 Drayton. It was perfect for our family and for the wedding event. The weather was perfect and the patio was a great asset. Overall, our experience was wonderful and all the family enjoyed their accommodations.

We stayed from Sept. 28th until Oct. 5th and the accomodations were excellent. We had a family reunion with couples from 3 states. All of us were very pleased with the home and the services. The facilities were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely like to return some day. One of our family members may have had some experience with your ghost(s). The lights in the master bedroom went on and off several times in the middle of the night. We did lots of sight seeing and ate at several very fine restaurants in the historic district. We will highly recommend this spot to everyone we know.
The only thing we had a problem with were some very noxious sewer odors the last couple of days. It wasn't from inside the house. Possibly the city was doing some kind of maintainence to the sewer/drainage pipes? We were not able to sit out on the porch at those times. And we truly loved sitting out there and watching all of the activities going on across the street in Forsyth Park. -

Wow !! This home is absolutely perfect. From the location, to the amenities to the free wine upon arrival we couldn`t have chosen a better home for our family get together. Everything was very upscale, we felt like we were staying in a penthouse suite of a 5 star hotel, the only thing missing was a valet to pull up the car to the front door.
We can most certainly recommend this house. We`ll be back ourselves next year. -

we were very disappointed that the upper front bedroom porch was closed for repairs. the shower door in the upper front bedroom is nearly impossible to close and I was afraid I would damage the floor with water. the blow up matress does not hold air. I would suggest flat screens in bedrooms. this was our 2nd time in staying in your properties and we plan more trips to savannah. as always manderly is very helpful in making arrangements. thanks for all your help.

The house is very well equipped with luxurious linens and ample bathrooms to support up to 10 people. The rental process was smooth and everyone was very accommodating in answering our questions. The proximity of the house to the historic sites and across from the wonderful active Forsythe Park is a real treat. It became home for our family and a great place to eat and rest our heads at the end of the day.

We spend my moms 70th birthday here, it was always her dream to come to Savannah. It`s true what they say, southern hospitality is unbelievable. We really want to thank Manderly who went out of her way to make us feel like Home. The House was gorgeous and located in the middle of the historic district right on the park. We loved sitting on the porch and watch all the activity. We went to Paula Deen`s and took a trolley tour, which conveniently has a stop just 50 yards from the house.
I hope we`ll be back one day. We love savannah !! -

It was great having an entire house for our party of five adults, celebrating a 60th birthday among us. The kitchen was well equipped; the beds very comfortable; linens nice; soaps, shampoo, paper towels, gift basket were muchly appreciated. Location was in easy walking distance of historical district. We appreciated the ease of check-in. Only a few comments: we had to draw straws for who got which room, as the downstairs room was the most noisy and does not have attached bath. The traffic was loud all night on Friday, better on Saturday night. Other than that, since the house does comfortably sleep six, we would recommend another comfortable chair or other place to sit in the living room and perhaps side chairs in the bedrooms since the beds are so high. Only other service that might be considered by Savannah Dream Vacations is having the option, on the day of check out, to have a place that folks could stow luggage if they are flying out much later than check out time. Some of our group had to rent a car to have a place to keep luggage since their plan did not leave until evening. Thank you.

We stayed in this lovingly restored Home and loved every minute of it. It`s right on Forsyth Park and we sat on the front porch every morning and watched people. It feels a little bit like Europe or living on central Park in NY. The Home itself is gorgeous , we met the owner and he showed us some before pictures. It`s amazing the amount of work he did to restore it. It was great to actually meet the owner and and hear some of the stories. We`ll definitely stay here again, much more personal than some of the other places we stayed before thru some of the big rental agencies.

1006 Drayton (lower) is situated across from Forsyth Park and within walking distance to two coffee/sandwich shops, restaurants and grocery (about 6 blocks). You have your own parking spot, washer and dryer and the home is decorated beautifully. The owners were awesome to work with and helped us in many ways. It's a short drive to Tybee Island which is definitely something I recommend. Take a walk on the Boardwalk and enjoy the many shops and restaurants and hunt for seashells. The only problem we incurred was the upstairs tenants were very heavy walkers very early in the morning.

Debbie actually stayed in the 1002 Drayton lower, which is right next door to this Home.. The 1006 is just one entire Home as opposed to two condos which is the case in the 1002 Drayton. -

This house is very nicely taken care of and details in the decorations make it a wonderful place to stay. The gardens beside the house is also very lovely. The owners were always available and worked hard to help in any way they could to make our stay a good one. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a nice place at a decent price. It is as nice as the pictures.

Our stay at the carriage house was everything we'd hoped for. Easy to find, great privacy, quick access to everything in downtown Savannah, plenty of off-street parking -- even a secure place for us to store our kayaks -- it was a very practical place to stay.
What we didn't expect was its charm and quality. Everything from the bedding to the decor to the secret garden in the courtyard was just a treat.
On top of all that, the owner was perfectly professional, the reservation process was simple and fast, which isn't as common as you'd think. In the end, this was not only the least expensive place I'd looked at, it was also just perfect for your weekend. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat! -
