New HampshireThis rental far exceeded our expectations in every way!
Left on 01/07/2013 for a stay in November 2012
We were two couples celebrating our 35th wedding anniversaries in Savannah for a week in November with no need for a car rental. Public Transportation was always available, plus the house was within walking distance of almost everything we needed, including great restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront. We took a bus to do grocery shopping. Our favorite eating place was The Pink House, which was fine dining, quiet, excellent food, and service. The rental property was clean, beautiful, perfect location, and equipped fully to meet our needs. There were only four of us, but it could accommodate six nicely. We hope to go back some time and rent there again! Great place!

Bainbridge Island, WaK Falls Ladies reunion
Left on 09/13/2012 for a stay in April 2012
There were five of us friends who grew up in Klamath Falls, Oregon, who re-connected at our high school reunion in 2011. We wanted to get together again and chose Savannah. After much research and taking a vote, we chose this house. It is a fabulously decorated house, convenient to everything in the Historic district. The selling point (beside the beautiful house)was the conversation I had with the Savannah Getaways staff about safety for 5 older women walking around the area. Coming from small towns and big cities, this was very important. The amenities were first class and very elegant. Having laundry facilities was a plus. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was immaculate and had everything we needed. If we came to Savannah again, I would stay here. I cannot say enough good things about it. And best of all, it is within walking distance of a great ice cream sandwich place.

Dahlonega, GANicer than nice!
Left on 03/22/2012 for a stay in February 2012
Our group of 6 ladies stayed 3 nights while attending the Savannah Book Fair. We were thrilled with this house because there was plenty of room so that we weren't bumping into each other--upstairs or down. The kitchen is top notch with everything we needed. We walked everywhere--to the river, historic district, restaurants, Telfair Square. The two-car garage was an added bonus.
Much better than getting 3 hotel rooms for 6 people. -

Alexandria, VAElegent, spacious and convenient townhouse
Left on 12/31/2011 for a stay in December 2011
Can only praise this place. On edge of historic district so we could walk everywhere and especially to river Street -- but also only few blocks away from Wegmans grocery. Two-car garage convenient (although tight for van and mid-size both to fit). Well kept and clean (appears newly built) Spacious kitchen with high-end appliances was our hang-out place - easy and fun to cook in. Beautifully furnished -- with even 3 large LCD screens! Wished it had been warmer to spend on the back patio. Master bedroom luxurious, especially with large 2-headed shower and king-size bed (two kings and 2 twins in house). And softest robes I've ever worn. Would highly recommend. Two minor complaints -- rough straw type matting on bedroom floor maybe practical in summer but not comfortable in winter. And remember to bring hair dryer and toiletries.

Sandy Springs, GAFantastic
Left on 12/29/2011 for a stay in November 2011
My family of five adults (two couples and one singleton) loved this townhouse. Out of the many vacation condominiums I've rented over the years, this was the best. By far it was the best equipped - plenty of towels, paper products, three flat screens, every seasoning imaginable with top notch furnishings...master bedroom comforter was like mine at home...so impeccable taste. Allowing our well behaved small dogs (under 15 pounds) would have made our stay perfect.
All of us loved the facility and its close proximity to the riverfront. It really made our Thanksgiving extra special. We will definitely use this place in the future should we be headed back to Savannah.
Thanks to the owners for making their property available to us with such style. -

Charlotte, NCWonderful Property!
Left on 10/20/2011 for a stay in June 2011
Everything about this property is great! We are a family of 5 which makes hotel stays challenging since we would require two rooms. This property adequately met and exceeded our needs since it has 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths and a modern kitchen. There's plenty of room, enough TVs (and cable), and the off street private garage parking was also a big plus. This was indeed a home away from home. It's also in walking distance to River Street, restaurants, and shops. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

CummingA wonderful, restful getaway.
Left on 09/26/2011 for a stay in June 2011
We were given the East Broughton location as a upgrade. Our original rental had the air conditioning go out the day we were to arrive. We were asked to take an upgrade as a substitute. We were floored to say the least, the E.Broughton location was a wonderful experience that we are still talking about. The floor plan was impressive. The kitchen was remarkable and even though I only cooked breakfast on our stay, it was easily done. I enjoyed it so much. The courtyard was enclosed but allowed you be out with fresh air and enjoy the surrounding area. The bedroom were extremely nice and comfortable. I cannot say anything bad.
I loved this rental and have told everyone I know who might be traveling to Savannah to look it up. -

Niceville, FLNew Years Weekend
Left on 01/20/2011 for a stay in December 2010
Fabulous house with all the ammenities. The owner met us for check in and was extremely nice and helpful. About a 10 minute walk to the City Market area and just minutes to the squares. We'll stay again next time we're in town.
Third bedroom has a twin bed...which made it a little tight for one of the three couples in our group...but this is the only thing about the house we didn't love.
