RATES are based upon a three night minimum stay. A two night stay may be available inside of 30 days at a higher rate.

High season dates consist of (excludes holidays or special events): March - June, September - October

Low season dates consist of (excludes holidays or special events): November - February, July – August

*CASH DISCOUNTED PRICE $265 per night plus a $75 cleaning fee, $1495 week (7 nights) plus a $75 cleaning fee

Regular rate $275.60 per night plus a $78 cleaning fee, $1554.80 week plus a $78 cleaning fee

Other available discounts (these discounts cannot be combined and are not available with the online booking system):

10% discount for Monday thru Wednesday stays (must include all three nights)

10% discount off of 5 & 6 night stays

High Season Rates

St Patrick’s Week Rates (not available with online booking)

This property does not rent over St Patrick's Day week.

All reservations do require a refundable security deposit and a $25 non-refundable processing fee ($35 for online booking). The processing fee amount may be higher for extended stays or if a higher security deposit is required.

*Rental payments are due twenty days prior to the check in date (no exceptions). Accepted forms of cash payments are personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders.   My new husband & I stayed at this condo from October 24th-30th 2012 during our wedding week celebration in Savannah and I don't think it would have been possible to have picked a better location or place to stay! We were overwhelmed by the size of the condo, how well kept it was, and how impressive and responsive the staff at Savannah Getaways were. I can't really begin to say enough nice things about this property - We will certainly be staying there again!

  What a lovely apartment. So close to everything that we did not need to rent a car. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner for our two grown children who flew in from New York and London to join us. It was a perfect holiday.
