Located in the north east corner of the historic district, Greene Square reflects the quiet elements of Savannah while only a short stroll to all that the downtown has to offer and it’s wonderful squares. This recently renovated circa 1880 “Gingerbread” cottage features sun- filled rooms with original heart pine floors; and an intimate garden patio to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. The main entrance is above street level and overlooks the beautiful square.

The front porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening refreshment as you view the passersb...y. The front door opens to a cozy foyer and staircase leading up to two bedrooms. The foyer and upstairs master bedroom both include a wonderful nook with a window seat to enjoy a good book.

The open and wide living and dining rooms provide the perfect place to listen to music; watch TV or enjoy your favorite movie. Two decorative fireplaces, original to the house add a cozy touch. Just off these rooms is the fully equipped kitchen that opens to the enclosed private walled patio. If you are fortunate enough to be there in spring, the smell of jasmine that climbs the walls is intoxicating.

The large master bedroom has a queen size bed with down comforter and cozy seating area. The adjacent second bedroom features a double bed with down comforter and a custom headboard from an antique mantel.

The main upstairs bath has a full claw foot tub with shower for luxurious soaks after enjoying the sights of Savannah or one of the wonderful restaurants.

Ample unrestricted parking is right out front and around the square on the well-lit streets. No smoking allowed.

Please note that a longer nightly minimum may be required during peak season dates, holidays or special events.

RATES are based upon a three night minimum stay. A two night stay may be available inside of 30 days at a higher rate.

High season dates consist of (excludes holidays or select events): March - June, September - October

Low season dates consist of (excludes holidays or select events): November - February, July – August

Low Season Rates

*CASH DISCOUNTED PRICE $200 per night, $1200 week (7 nights)

OR

Regular rate $208 per night, $1248 week

Other available discounts (these discounts cannot be combined and are not available with the online booking system):

10% discount for Monday thru Wednesday stays (must include all three nights)

10% discount off of 5 & 6 night stays

High Season Rates

*CASH DISCOUNTED PRICE $230 per night, $1300 week (7 nights)

OR

Regular rate $239.20 per night, $1352 week

St Patrick’s Week Rates (not available with online booking)

This property does not rent over St Patrick's Day week.

All reservations do require a refundable security deposit and a $25 non-refundable processing fee ($35 for online booking). The processing fee amount may be higher for extended stays or if a higher security deposit is required.

*Rental payments are due ten days prior to the check in date (no exceptions). Accepted forms of cash payments are personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders.   The cottage is in a perfect location for Historic Savannah. It's a 5 minute walk to the River and everywhere else you go. We parked the car and it only moved once the whole week that we were there. The location is quiet, the cottage is great and I would rent it again without a doubt. The price is a little higher than I would have liked to spend but all in all it was worth it.

  This wonderful house is cozy but spacious. We were there when the jasmine was inbllom in the courtyard and we wathched the mockingbird tend her nest with our coffee in the morning. I curled up with a book one late afternoon on the window seat in the foyer after a delightful morning of walking through the city then stopping for lunch at Vic's on the water. Sunday morning we sat on the proch on watched people arrive for church in their wonderful suits and hats and exchanged pleasentries. Agreat place, relaxing and convenient. Thank you for a memorable getaway.

  Wonderful view, quiet area, and great loction as we did a lot of walking to the start and finish line for the marathon. Incredibly comfortalbe beds!

  It was lovely. Easy acess to every thing. the square was great. we had a three year olld with us and he really enjoyed the park to run around. the house was great. very clean, nicely decorated. could not ask for more. We will definately rent from you again.

  Great location, close walking distant to everything. Loved the cottage feel as soon as we walked in. Had everything we needed. The front porch and back courtyard was the perfect place to enjoy the morning and evenings.
  Definitly recommend this place.
  One down fall is the double bed. Not good for someone tall.
