Not often do you get the chances to stay in vacation rental with such a well documented history as the Judge White Cottage. Built in 1819 for Edward White this Home is one of the oldest ones in Savannah. Major White, as he was also known, invested his energy in Savannah`s future, serving his adopted city in a number of important ways- as captain of the watch and city guard, as " Register of Probates " for Chatham County, as superintendent of several academic election and , toward the end of his life, as inspector for the port of Savannah.

This was mine and my husband's first time in Savannah and we could have not picked a cuter house! The location was great as well! We walked all over Savannah from the cottage. The only time we got in the car was to drive out to Tybee Island, which was great! The house was perfect for the two of us. The bed was so comfortable that we slept in every morning, which is something we never get to do...so we took advantage of it! The house is extremely cozy and we looked forward to getting back to it every night to just hang out together! The court yard in the back is perfect!! It's absolutely adorable! I would highly recommend the Judge White Cottage to anyone I know going to Savannah! We will definitely be visiting Savannah and the Judge White Cottage again!

We just returned from a four night stay in Savannah at the Judge White Cottage. It was comfy, clean, and had everything we needed. The cottage had a lot of character that made it more fun to stay in than a hotel room. The location was the perfect and only a few blocks from riverstreet and many other shops/retaurants. We did bring our dogs with us and they enjoyed the fenced in courtyard in the back as well as the park right across the street. Manderly made this process very easy and smooth. We will not hesitate use Savannah Dream Vacations on our next visit to Savannah!

We stayed in the Judge White Cottage for the Labor Day Weekend. When we first arrived, we were a little concerned because it was very hot upstairs and we weren't sure we could sleep up there. Fortunately, our hosts, Manderly and Roman, were determined to make our stay pleasant or refund our money. Roman arrived in the nick of time with a window a/C unit and saved the weekend! It was nice and comfy after things cooled down. There is a tricky circular staircase in this house, so watch the "climbing stairs after drinking". The location was great walking distance to everything we needed to see and do ...shopping, restaurants, and the squares. The only thing I would recommend to travelers is come to Savannah in the Early Spring, Late Fall or Winter, otherwise be prepared for Hot and Humid weather!

Love this cottage! We were able to walk to almost everywhere downtown - the Tearoom, River Street, Starbucks. Easy to get to Tybee Island and the Southside. Every day we would return "home" - not to a hotel room, but to what we felt was our own little piece of Savannah history. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely enjoyed the cottage. It has everything you could need, perfect get away for a romantic weekend getaway. The location is well within walking distance to the attractions plus the off street parking is a plus. This was the first time I have not stayed in a hotel and I must say the entire experience was very pleasant from the moment I contacted Manderly. Thank you for a wonderful time and we will be returning!
