Description from the owner
We are located 1 block from the "Fountain" in Forsyth Park. All within the Historic District is a short walk from our restored, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. The first floor has a living room with fireplace, a formal dining room with fireplace, powder room and completely modern fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs find a queen bed within the master suite, a middle bedroom with a double bed and 3rd bedroom with twin beds that we can make into a king. A second full bath completes the second floor.
Saving the best for last, off the kitchen you can lounge on our covered porch or enjoy outdoor dining on our beautiful brick courtyard.

Looking left from the front of our townhouse you will see the Fountain in Forsyth Park. Parking is non-metered. ALL WITHIN THE HISTORIC DISTRICT IS WALKABLE FROM OUR TOWNHOUSE yet we are in a residential, quiet location.
You can be kept busy at Forsyth Park's many events or concerts. Likewise, you are an easy walk to antique shopping, cafes, dining and art galleries.
