The star of this large three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath house built in 1856, is the sprawling outdoor space that is ideal for a gathering of friends or extended families. Inside, there’s room for eight to sleep comfortably, and the bustling surroundings of Savannah’s Historic District mean our Lucky guests are smack in the middle of the best this town has to offer.
Jones Street has an authentic sense of Savannah´s history with its great Live Oaks and charming cobblestone street, and the cottage is rich with both historical character and modern comforts. Retaining many original details including its rustic pine floors..., the ground floor has a newly renovated kitchen and brick fireplace, a large, separate dining room, and a half-bath. An open living room and sunroom with writing desk, and plenty of windows and glass doors bring the beauty of the outdoors inside from the family-sized backyard with flagstone patio, barbeque grill, and a soothing water feature. The expansive feel of this homestead away from home makes it the perfect setting for a large gathering of family or friends.
On the second floor you’ll find two queen-size bedrooms that share a modern, full bath. An additional sleeping space in the third floor loft has one full-size and two twin beds. It is an enchanting spot best appreciated by children, like visiting cousins who will forge lasting bonds while sharing this charming space.
A washer/dryer and two designated off-street parking spots make the house even more convenient, and additional on-street parking is available for free, directly in front of the cottage. Walking distance to parks, shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries and nightlife.
Additional amenities include: sofabed, iron/board, night life, dining and livingroom, suitable for children, nice furniture, stove/oven, double bed, washer/dryer, full sized refridgerator, queen bed, coffeemaker.

Man, this place is great. Absolutely matches the feel of the historical district. had 4 adults in the condo comfortably. kitchen updates are beautiful. Loved the cottage. Would definetly rent again.
The one drawback if you have women in your party is lack of bathroom space, but that didn't bother me.
Loved this and thanks Lucky Savannah for a great experience. Best condo rental experience we've had.

The cottage was perfect for our needs - and the location is good. The rental company was great - even supplying a bunch of bananas as we were in town for the Savannah marathon!

Our service couldn't have been better. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately. The home was large, beautifully decorated, great sun-room looking out on the patio and the furniture was comfortable. The location couldn't have been better; close to grocery store, great restaurants and information center , trolly and bus service. The stairs were rather steep and narrow, especially for some of our more mature individuals. Unfortunately, due to a family members accident I was unable to spend the whole week there. I would recommend it to everyone and hope to be able to return for another stay.

We enjoyed our recent long weekend get-away to Savannah Ga. Our cottage on Jones Street provided the comforts of home but allowed our family two "sitting areas" to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The steep stairs to the sleeping loft provided a little workout but was the preferred sleeping area for some! According to our Ghost Tour, Jones Street is the "most haunted street in Savannah". That just added some excitement to our stay!! Linens, paper products, cleaning products, coffee...everything was just as promised. Stay here!!

My family and I recently stayed at this rental. It was absolutely perfect. The home is lovely and the renovations were beautifully done. We loved the way that the home was updated but maintained the architectural aspects that allowed for the historic feel to remain. The kitchen, with the exposed beams and wood, is just gorgeous and had everything that we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and the attic had plenty of beds for everyone. I loved the floorboards in the attic. They truly are original to the home. All beds had comfortable pillows and extra soft blankets. I just can't say enough about how beautiful this home is. All of this, plus the extras, make it a great rental choice.
Also, the home is in a great location. It is convenient to many restaurants and stores and not too far from downtown. It is a nice walk down the streets of Savannah.
We hope to return soon.

We stayed in the Jones Street Cottage in February for our anniversary vacation. It was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was fabulous - we opted to cook and stay in a couple nights. The sunroom and the back patio areas were our favorite spots to relax. Lucky Savannah was amazing as well - extremely hospitable and even helped us when we locked ourselves out back.
Absolutely no complaints - we'd go back in a heart beat.
Lovely place to relax as well as entertain, plus close to everyt

Historic charm -- wood beams, original floors -- with beautiful updates (love the kitchen!). Vey comfortable, and good amount of space for entertaining guests between the dining room, living room, and sunroom. Plus a wonderful outdoor space (unfortunately it was chilly while we were there and we didn't take advantage of the patio and yard -though did enjoy the view from the sunroom). Quiet street within walking distance of good restaurants, squares, museums. Forsyth Park. Farther walk to the riverfront (about a mile). Overall, loved it and really enjoyed our time in Savannah!
Perfect! Roomy enough for our young family!!

We had a great time. The cottage was really well stocked. We were happy to have enough room to have our Savannah friends to visit us in the cottage. The children had plenty of space to play!! We would visit this cottage again!
