A beautifully renovated, restored Victorian home of 2,300 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with a parlor, library, office, enormous kitchen with large dining area for 10 people-- wheelchair accessible.
3 double bedrooms sleep 6; can be up to 8 with use of luxury, 'double high" air beds-- which can be set up in any number of rooms.
6 working fireplaces;
Fabulous 400sqft covered patio, with outside dining, seating, swing and huge grill adjoins a bricked courtyard that has a hammock, firepit and 2 fountains
Close to everything that Savannah has to offer; walk to the historic district, all the parks and River street.

E. Anderson is a well lit, well traveled street, with many Victorian homes-- several currently undergoing renovation. This is both a family neighborhood, and one that houses students from the nearby prestigious SCAD university.
Within 100 yards of the house there are 3 churches, a famous library, and a small park.
An easy stroll to all the parks and historic sites of savannah-- furthest point-- River street, is 1.3 miles away.
Our home is within 8 blocks of Forsythe Park; There are 3 "interesting" restaurants within 4 blocks.
Convenience stores are within a block; a large 24 hour grocery within 8 (short) blocks
