I've stayed 3 times at this property. A great place to stay for River Street proximity. Interior has an eclectic, antique vibe. A small balcony on the back overlooks River Street. The only downside is the small bathroom. Regardless, I still highly recommend this location!

The place was awsome. Huge place over looking River street. Balcony is small but my wife and I could both sit out there and watch the big ships go by. I would stay there again. The tub could be tricky for somebody who has trouble gettting out of a regular tub. It is set up higher then a normal tub.

This rental is on the river with a great view from the balcony of the river, boats, and River Street activity. In fact, we spent quite a lot of time on the balcony from our morning coffee to late evening cocktails.
The home is very beautiful with lovely furnishings and amenities. It is close to other Savannah attractions, shops and restaurants. It is also a very short drive to Tybee Island and the ocean.
The only downside is parking (in which management was very helpful). Also, the sleeping area is rather small, and deliveries to the area restaurants and stores was a little noisy first thing on a weekday morning.
I recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again. In fact the last time we were in town I sent an inquiry but it was booked.

This property was wonderful. It has a huge living space replete with dining room and dual sitting areas. It is also overlooks the Savannah river and River Street. Most everything is within walking distance, antiques, restaurants, ghost walks, shopping and rich architecture.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is in a great location in the historic district, yet close to the ferry if you are involved in anything at the convention center.
It was comfortable, quiet and well appointed. We enjoyed the balcony for watching the container ships loom by on the river, as well as the musical entertainment on the street below in the evenings. It is convenient to many great restaurants, shops and a grocery market. There is no need to have a rental car, which is good since parking could be a problem.
The only negative thing I can say about this place is the cleanliness of the apartment. Unfortunately, one day we misplaced the TV remote, and in our search for it, looked under the bed. Lord have mercy...I don't think anyone has cleaned under it or the armoire for years. Also, the shower curtain liner was moldy.
Just add a VERY through cleaning, and I give this place an A+. -

Gorgeous Property!

I recently used this property for my Savannah wedding. The girls and I got ready here and it was perfect for the wedding night. The atmosphere and antiques are remarkable and you feel as if you are in a different era. The balcony that overlooks River Street is perfect for a romantic glass of wine or early morning coffee. I will definetly rent this property again!
