The Taylor Trio was an awesome choice for my family annual summer vacation. The home provided all of the necessities that one needs when looking for a home away from home. The patio (minus the mosquitoes lol)was a safe haven for the kids to play and for the adults to enjoy a nice secluded evening. The cottage was used as a "newlywed suite" and it was perfect for the couple. We had issues with the upstairs televisions in the 2bdrm not working the entire week but I loved the way Mr. Mott and Ms. Charlene worked to try and get the issue resolved. Those two alone were such awesome hosts that I would definitely recommend this property to others. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to Riverstreet or the City Market. But it was a pleasant walk that even the kids enjoyed. We had no problem with parking accept on the night of the sweeper. Even then, we only had to park about a block away. One of the major perks for us was the park located about a block away and the easy access to the busy historic area without really being too close for it to be a hassle!!!

I bought my troop of 15 girls and 7 adults to Savannah. We found these accommodations most affordable and comfortable for our needs. The only reason I didn't give it excellent was because the floors downstairs are in need some work but it's clean, plenty of room for everyone (we also had the house next door). There is a beautiful huge patio in the back, that sad to say, we didn't get to use much because we were so busy but would have been great to have a nice b-b-q on if we had the time! Location is on the border of the historic district and was very quiet. Within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We didn't rent a car but there would have been places to park on the street if we had. I would recommend these condos to anyone traveling with a large group like we did. Love Savannah and hope to return sometime soon.

Lots of room in the Taylor Street Trio! Can walk to everything - shopping, shows, dining. Very clean and well maintained. Holds 3 grownups and 12 high school Girl Scouts with space to spare. Patio area quite spacious and enjoyable. Highly recommend it. We look forward to a return trip!

We rented the Taylor Street Trio for extended family to stay during our son's wedding weekend in Savannah. We had 13 adults and 2 children staying in the three homes. The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed the lovely deck. Having two kitchens and the kitchenette in the cottage helped us save money by not having to eat out every meal, and we grilled steaks and had others over the Thursday evening we stayed there. The homes were quaint, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us, and we were able to walk many places. We were afraid parking might be a problem, but it was not. I'd definitely recommend these homes to others!

Absolutely a great place to take a small family to a large group! We rented the whole complex and each unit was perfect. We loved the old wood floors and decor throughout. The common area out back was beautiful and a great place to gather. Location was great too! Within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Mr. Mott, the owner, was extremely helpful as well. He provided a detailed email with instructions, things to do, nearby stores, and directions! Very helpful when you are unfamiliar with the area. We will definitely stay here again on out next trip!

We had 12 people all different ages sorted out between the two duplex homes and the cottage in back. We were able to gather on the wonderful deck area. Everyone had a great time, and the lodging worked just fine for us.

We had a frozen a.C. and it was 101 degrees outside. The manager and owner worked diligently to get us cooled down. Both sides were still a bit too warm but the cottage was perfect. The deck was the center of our gatherings. We would love to stay there again but a diferent time of year so we could really enjoy being outside. As usual in our other stays with Savannah Getaways, you get exactly what you they show on line and never a disappointment.

This house was the highlight of our Girl Scout troop trip. We had 7 moms and 8 girls and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the size, layout, and look of this house. It's very comfortable and the rental agency was extremely pleasant to deal with. The location of the house to the historic district of Savannah was a bonus, as we could walk to see the true sights and beauty of Savannah. This house is an unforgettable gem.
Our yearly family get-together in wonderful Savannah!

Our family has rented the trio on East Taylor Street for many years - in fact, it feels like home now. The trio is a lovely place to stay in a great location. Savannah Getaways and Tom have always been most helpful and accomodating to our family over the years. Always a great experience!

The trip to Savannah was a family vacation. The property was very well
maintained. Property mangers made it easy to check in and out. Getting
around is very easy and accessible to the beach and grocery. The only thing
that was little hard was finding parking. However,, I was prep for the search so
I came prepared. However, we only have difficulty one night out of 3.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at the home on E Taylor Street. The layout was just what we needed. You provided us with everything we needed to make our stay fun and carefree. The girls had so much fun exploring Historic Savannah. Some of the adults loved the charm and want to return when it's cooler.
I think we had one key for the cottage that did not work.

This East Taylor St. "compound" was perfect for our stay. It fit 15 people comfortably and we had a great time. The cottage was adorable and the townhomes were just what we neeeded. The private courtyard between the townhomes and the cottgage was perfect for a Saturday night outdoor shower. I would not recommend walking outside alone after dark however!

My church has a Married Couples Retreat every year and this year we decided to go to Savannah. The home was very nice. He had 6 couples and plenty of room. The deck was really nice at night when we played our board games. In some parts of the day when we were not shopping it was to cool to be out. The living area was perfect for everyone to come in and have our devotion.
It was so nice not to be so far away from everything. The homeowner met us there when we arrived. He was great and very explanatory about everything. This is a perfect house for a large group. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Weddings can be stressful but staying on Taylor St. made us feel like we were at home. It enabled us to host a bridal shower for our daughter, entertain out-of-town guests, and sleep 13 family members in the 3 rentals. Having the use of a kitchen and several bathrooms was great! (And there was a washer & dryer too.) You don't get that in a hotel. Everyone raved about the place! Kudos to the property owner and his property manager who made the experience wonderful! Now we are all talking about a reunion.

This property was perfect for us! We got married in Savannah over Memorial Day weekend, and we found this property through savannahgetaways.net. We knew it would be the perfect way for our family to all stay together, but still have our own little space. The home is older and a bit squeaky, as old homes usually are, but it was really quite nice, and had all the features we needed. The 3 bedroom townhouse offers a loft (which you get to via spiral staircase!) which was absolutely perfect for the teenagers in our group. The bedrooms in both townhouses were spacious and nicely decorated. One of the bedrooms in the larger townhouse had an ensuite bathroom which is a big convenience. The one bedroom cottage where my husband and I stayed was great. It had a large comfortable bed, ensuite bath, a kitchenette and a living room with a sleeper sofa...perfect! By far the highlight of this property is the deck area, which sits in between the two townhouses and the cottage. We spent every moment that we were home out on the deck . . it was not only beautiful, but quite spacious with plenty of seating. Another nice feature of this property for us was its proximity to the square where our wedding was held - our guests were able to walk, which is something we highly recommend in Savannah! It is also walking distance to a great little restaurant, Clary's. Overall, we highly recommend this property, especially if you have a large group that would like to stay together. We would definitely stay there again!
