What a great place, Sonja and andrew were great hosts and the experience is unforgetably great. So neat and tidy, great place to chill out, get the bus into town for the paper and supplies, go fishing with andrew, and the local food cooked for us by the lady (whose name just escapes me for the minute)was just the best tasting!! I cannot explain in words how good it is to just sit and fish off the platform and read a book or walk around the river... Just awesome!!

Great people, amazing place. I've travelled far and wide and stayed at all levels of accomodation from flea pits to 6 star hotels. This is different. You will never go anywhere quite like it. A magical place, wonderful hosts, such incredible natural beauty. I will one day return! thanks for the memories, and the mangrove jacks! :)

What an amazing place, stayed here a couple of years ago for a friends wedding, completely stunning, back to nature with most creature comforts provided. If you want satellite TV and swimming pools forget it :0) this place is eau naturale! the salt lake is gorgeous and there is great swimming straight off the pontoon out front of the property. Andrew and Sonja couldn't be more hospitable and the lady we had to come and make us food and take care of things was lovely, she even taught the girls how to weave baskets. Fishing here is great with a large selection of fish on offer but the abundant mangrove jack and coral trout are tastiest! Andrew is more than happy to take people out on his boat either fishing (for big Gt's) or snorkeling, both are excellent! We also went on several long hikes and rented another small boat which took us out to see spinner dolphins doing their stuff. Magic!
Would love to go back one day
