Sawyer Sand Castle is a great and affordable house for a large family or group. The home sleeps 12 in beds, features a great four seasons room that overlooks the back yard, and has a giant home theater in the downstairs play room. There is a professionally maintained hot tub on the back deck, as well as a grassy 2.4 acre yard with a pond and a fire pit! Sawyer Sand Castle is located about 3/4 of a mile from the beach, and it is a perfect bike ride to Warren Dunes State Park as well. We can even arrange to have bicycles delivered! GREAT SCREENED PORCH, HOT TUB, LARGE YARD WITH POND AND FIRE PIT - HOT TUB IS OPEN ALL YEAR LONG!
