Villa Bella Vida is a high end condominium unit located in the newly completed Los Almendros Complex. It is in the quiet north end, with no hills to walk up, and it is easy walking distance to everything. It is located only 2-3 minutes walk to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to the downtown plaza and the many restaurants, services, and shopping that Sayulita has to offer, yet it is far enough away from the late night noise that sometimes occurs in that area. There are two small grocery stores that are a 3-minute walk away, and the closest restaurants are also 3 minutes away.

Sayulita is 24 miles (40 kms) north of the Puerto Vallarta airport. Upon exiting the airport you have to make a right turn and IMMEDIATELY get into the left hand lane in order to be able to effectively do a U-turn so as to be traveling north on Hwy 200. Follow signs for Compestela and Tepic. Initially you will be on a 6-lane highway which will narrow to four lanes and eventually two lanes. At the state line (Jalisco to Nayarit) it is possible that both or only the left hand lane will be diverted off the highway to a military/police check point -don't worry; they are there for your protection.

This was our second stay at Los almendros and it will not be our last. When we first started to look for a place to stay last time we were overwhelmed with the choices in Sayulita. We lucked out with Los almendros because it has, in our opinion, the nicest condos and a fantastic pool.
Bella Vida is a beautiful condo which is tastefully decorated and has all of the modern conveniences of home. The second floor location is fantastic with a direct view of the pool and windows which let in the cross breeze from the ocean. At night we fell asleep to the sound of the ocean and the frogs.
The location to the beach is excellent. It is close enough to get there by walking (5 min) but far enough away from the town center to have peaceful tranquility most of the time.
So if you get a chance to come to Sayulita we believe you will not be disappointed, as long as you're not into the "all inclusive" resort type of vacation. -

The stay at Bella Vida Los almendros Condo was wonderful! The condo is in beautiful condition, well-stocked, secure and quiet.
The pool is amazing, it is hard to tear yourself away from it. The pool area has lots of lounge chairs, umbrellas, bar fridge for your cervezas, bathrooms, a community BBQ and beach towels.
The condo complex is nice and small and the people that run the place are all very nice. There is a security person at night too.
The beach is very close and it is beautiful, lots of beach bars to hang out at or rent a chair and an umbrella for as long as you like.
Sayulita has a lot to offer in terms of shops and restaurants, it is a nice little town.
