We give priority to week-long (and longer) rentals and prefer Saturday to Saturday but will attempt to accommodate your travel plans. Minimum rental period is three days.
A deposit of $200 per week will confirm a reservation and the balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. We accept checks and money orders in U.S. Dollars.
Cancellations: Full refund of your deposit will be given up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. After that we will refund your money if we are able to re-rent your casita.

Just returned from our trip and it was amazing! We had the usual concern about discovering a new place and finding a nice place to stay, and we were extremely pleased with Casa de Ensueno. We stayed in apt. #3. The entire property was incredibly clean! Our room was amazing, the view was stunning, the room size is perfect, the patio is huge, the kitchen ammentities were perfect (clean/and new fridge, stove, microwave, blender, and all utencils & dishware), the bathroom was very clean and beautiful, and the common areas (pool and palapa) were very nice. We highly recommend this property. We had many friends staying in other apartments around town that were not nearly as nice as ours, and they were paying the same, or more. Also, the whole city lost power and water (so no toilets/showers/plumping) for a whole day, but Casa de Ensueno had power and water the whole time! Not sure why, but we were very lucky. There are also many other apartments that don't allow you to flush anything down the toiler (not even toilet paper) except your own waste, but the plumping worked perfectly here! The showers are hot too! The room has a/C which was very nice after long hot and humid days walking around. If we ever travel back to Sayulita, we would certainly stay here again! Sayulita, the beach, all the activities, and the people, were all amazing, but knowing we had a clean apartment with quality infrastructure and ammentities certainly enhanced our experience! As people who can be a bit more particular about finding a clean place to stay, we highly recommend Casa de Ensueno! The owners are also very easy to communicate with and arrange your rental. The property manager in Sayulita is very attentive and helpful while you're there too. Just one piece of advice about the property, and this also goes from the entire town of Sayulita as well, if you have trouble with stairs, hills, dirt, mud, or don't like walking, your only option is to stay on the beach. There are stairs and hills everywhere. It felt great to walk off all the amazing tacos we ate and margaritas we drank

This place is just as pictured. Immaculate, well stocked, mellow. Bed is comfy, full kitchen, housekeeping service great. 10 min walk to town and beach. But, if you need wifi access, you will go totally crazy. It rarely works from inside any of the units (we talked to many other guests) and even if you stand outside, it can stay connected for as little as one minute. We had a few lucky hits where it lasted 10 minutes. I tried constantly for a week, so this wasn't just a fluke. They just don't have strong enough and consistent enough signal to represent the place as having wifi. If you don't need it, or are content to walk to town and sit in a wifi accessible cafe, you'll be fine. But if you need it at your casita, don't stay at the lovely Casa de Ensueno. Address is 25 Naranjito, off Primavera which is off Ninos Heroes. It is south of the square. taxi drivers do not know the streets so be ready to ask for help, but keep this info handy! Also, lots of stairs. No possibility of wheelchair access.
