      Great House and Conveniently located

Left on 04/04/2013 for a stay in January 2013

It was our first time in Sayulita and we lucked out when we got this house. The location was perfect for us, not too close to the noise of town but not too far to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The definite highlight was the ping pong table -- perfect way to spend an evening. We would definitely rent this place again.

Casa Las Conchas had all the amenities of home and was very nicely decorated with hand crafted art that was made in the same area. Everything was in walking distance. We loved the option of going to the busy part of the beach to mingle with locals and other travelers...or hiking through the jungle to get to a quiet cove. The tropical birds are the first thing you hear in the morning...usually... and serve as a beautiful alarm! Horse rides along the beach to the North end is a great thing to do there. Going out to the Marietta Islands on the Boca Chica Trimaran was a blast too. we saw Humpback whales on the way out there and snorkeled through a water cave that leads to a hidden beach. The house keeper and handy man took very good care of us as well. We hope to do this again next winter!

Affordable, clean and friendly home plus a great Mexican family

Left on 04/17/2012 for a stay in April 2012

We traveled with 3 generations in our family. Rent a golf cart for easy transportation although the walk is not difficult. The beach scene is wonderful with great waves and lots of sand. The town is bustling with Mexican families and tourists, good food and little shops. The house is in a developing part of town, about 1/2 mile from downtown and the beach. We had all the comforts our family needed for the week and we were well cared for with bottled water and cleaning services. This is our 3rd trip to Sayulita and we recommend it to all our family & friends who want a simple and wonderful "non-resort" experience".

Casa Las Conchas is perfect for your trip to Sayulita. The house is only a quick stroll to the beach or town plaza. The house offers a variety of sleeping options and the outdoor rooftop terrace and balcony welcome in all the sounds of Sayulita.

Amazing town; great people, great food and tons of adventure.

      Charmng, comfortable and convenient

Left on 01/04/2012 for a stay in December 2011

We had wonderful stay in Sayulita. The house was well-equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated. There were so many Christmas celebrations that the roof-top open 'bedroom' was too noisy to use, which was a shame because it has a lovely view and is quite romantic by night. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The built-in sofa in the family room was a better couch than bed. I'm not sure too many middle-aged or better adults would like it, but if you're young, no problem. The ping pong table was a lot of fun. It was a real bonus. The owners could not have been more helpful. Their suggestions and advice made our holiday a wonderful experience for everyone.

Beautiful home close to everything, yet out of the hurly burly.

Left on 11/17/2011 for a stay in November 2011

Lost water during the last 12 hours or so of my stay. Other than that, everything was excellent. The upstairs bedroom is divine. Bathroom all one could hope for. A well-stocked kitchen, beautiful balcony with an good jungle view.

      fun filled week

What a great time. Close to town but just far enough to limit most of the night noise. Pretty house. Everything one needed to cook up some good meals with ingredients from nearby stores. Liked the upstairs breezy bedroom best. Liked the roosters crowing least, but hey, that's Mexico! Highly recommended.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Sayulita.

Left on 08/29/2010 for a stay in December 2009

This charming house is the only place we will stay in Sayulita in the future. We stayed in the top section of the house with our 3 children while our friends stayed in the separate bottom section, which was very convenient and very affordable. We had an abundance of room, the beds outside are incomparable and very breezy and comfortable.
The decorations are put up with a great amount of taste adding to the charm of the home, especially the color tile based bathroom. The ping pong table and ipod speakers were great for the kids as well.
The house is about a 5 minute trek to the beautiful beach which was very reasonable.
We absolutely loved our trips here!

      Amazing time in Sayulita

Left on 08/26/2010 for a stay in February 2010

Our stay was perfect in every respect; the weather even cooperated. Pleasantly surprised by how accurate the description of the house and location were; not a common experience in my travels. Everything was exactly as described. Very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, and nice bathroom. Location was great for us; close to town but quiet; lovely Mexican families nearby. Can't wait to stay here again this year!
Only problem we had was with getting payment processed.
