La Joyita, "little jewel" is a 2 bedroom house at the quieter North end of Sayulita. Perched on the hill above the beach, this private house is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to town. Enjoy the days sitting on the expansive covered porch and enjoy the beautiful views of the jungle and ocean. There is a full kitchen, two bedrooms that sleep four, an indoor bathroom and shower, and an outdoor shower on the private back patio. Most of the living takes place on the front porch with a table and 6 chairs at one end and a single bed swing on the other.

La Joyita was a lovely place to spend a week on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. Sayulita is a beautiful and comfortable town - developed enough to provide the comforts you want, but still traditional enough to provide access to the authentic Western Mexican way of life.
The house itself was in great shape, clean, and in an absolutely perfect location. You will not find a better verandah than the one at La Joyita, with its accordion window shades opening up the kitchen to the expansive view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, the swinging bed to relax in, and the dining table to enjoy all the delicious treats you make with local ingredients in the fully functional kitchen. The house is tucked in trees and beautiful vegetation up on the hill on the north end of the town, offering privacy and scenery. Simply put, La Joyita is the perfect setting to enjoy your stay in Sayulita. Don't miss it!

I stayed at La Joyita for a week in February and I can't wait to go back to enjoy the house, the beach and the town!! The house is super comfortable and has everything you might need for a relaxing and fun holiday. Set high in the jungle and surrounded by gorgeous gardens and incredible outdoor spaces, the location is extremely private making it the perfect place for sipping a sunset cocktail, soaking up the sun or napping in the amazing porch swing! The short walk to town is just far enough to ensure peace and quiet (and a spot on the beach!) but close enough to grab a Revolution Burrito if the mood strikes! I loved my time at La Joyita!
