Casa Contigo far exceeded our expectations for a long awaited vacation with good friends. Three couples shared the casa and casita for seven days and we absolutely loved it. It felt like our own private resort. Evan and Tracey's attention to detail make this by far the best vacation home we have stayed in. The views from everywhere in the home are beautiful. The main floor, outdoor kitchen and pool area were where we spent the most time. It is an ideal spot for adults to relax and get away. Perfectly appointed, architecturally stunning - Simply the best!

The four of us (two couples) had a fabulous week at Casa Contigo! Even tho' we did venture out each day, we could have spent every moment at the house! Amazing pool (heated) with view of Bay, birds and iguanas. Well stocked kitchen and lovely bedrooms. Evan and Tracey were graceful hosts. I'd go back in a minute!

Just back from a glorious week staying at Casa Contigo. We could not have been happier with this accomodation, and with the warm welcome we received from Tracey and Evan. The house is gorgeous, the views are spectacular, and we definitely enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool every evening after a day at the beach. The house is ideal for two couples, as the two bedrooms have identical spectacular views and are the same size. For nature lovers, you will be thrilled with the flocks of gorgeous birds who come through, and with the family of iguanas living in the tree nearby. We will definitely be back!

This was our second trip to Casa Contigo and we loved it as much as we did the first trip. Evan and Tracey were extremely hospitable, even remembering the birthday of someone in our party. The house was clean, comfortable, beautiful and accommodated two couples perfectly.

Without a doubt this is one of the finest casas in Sayulita. The attention to detail is incredible, from the workmanship in the house to the comfort of the beds. And the views are breathtaking from every room - not to mention from the roof deck and the pool. Your most formidable task during your stay will be to decide where you want to lounge next. As if that weren't enough, Evan and Tracey are fantastic hosts. They greeted us with fine tequila and arranged massages for us (by the pool!) while we were there. To say I would recommend Casa Contigo for a romantic getaway would be an understatement. It has spoiled us for life!

Not sure if there are enough adjectives to describe this amazing home. It was perfect for my family of five, including my son and his newlywed wife. They had their own secluded space on the lower level that made them feel very special. The upper two suites were were the perfect location to enjoy everything there is to see from the villa. The view when waking each morning made you feel as though you were in a postcard! The owners were just amazing in their efforts to make sure your stay was all you hoped for. The attention to detail when the home was built was evident throughout. We had a hard time leaving to explore the magic of Sayulita. We can't wait to return! One of our "best" vacations, ever!

Left on 12/19/2012 for a stay in November 2012
After much searching on both the internet and the bride's event planner's website, we discovered the most magical place to stay in Sayulita---Casa Contigo. My husband and I ( ages 59 and 55) came down for a wedding, and since it was my birthday, we decided to also bring both of our daughters (ages 22 and 24) and their boyfriends...a first for our family!
I was nervous about my villa selection, but it turned out to exceed all of our wildest expectations. We wanted a place with three equally fabulous bedrooms. Check. We wanted an unsurpassable view. Check. (The iguanas in the nearby tree provided a little sparkle, too.) We wanted an infinity pool. Check. We didn't want Mexican tchotchkes and decorations everywhere. Check. We wanted outside living. Check. From the moment the taxi dropped us off,and Tracey and Evan greeted us at the door, we knew we found our slice of heaven.
Tracey and Evan, a vibrant young couple, are so hospitable, and great hosts. They
provided good recommendations, and are really fun people.
When they came to check on things one day, Evan pulled out bottle after bottle of Don Julio for us to taste...very memorable!
We loved the fact that Evan and Tracey built this modern
villa themselves, so there is a lot of love and attention
to detail in this barely one year old home. Modern touches include fixtures and doors that I just installed in our Mill Valley home. The only color is orange, used as an accent for the sofa cushions and seat cushions outside. That allows for a very serene and chill environment. They had the dining room table, chairs, and stools custom made for the space. The bathrooms...yes, I'll go there, were lovely...also modern. Great minimal decor, with exquisite touches, and very comfortable.
We chose to walk into town to eat at Don Pedro's everyday...about a 5-7 minute walk...or down to the beach (3-5 minutes). I think next time I'll rent the golf cart, so when we drink too much, we can ride back.

We came to this paradise for spring break. I have to say that every time my friends and I opened the door it was an oh my god moment. The view is stunning and the house felt like home the moment we stepped inside. The owners are so wonderful and willing to make sure your stay was a great one. The proximity to the beach and the beautiful town was perfect. Nice hiking and great restaurants, although cooking at this home is a joy as you look out to the ocean whether on the main floor or on the top balcony. Stars and moon were shining bright...
We will be back for sure... -

Casa Contigo well and truly exceeded our expectations from photos viewed online. You have to experience the views and the feel of the ocean breeze throughout the house to really appreciate what the owners have created in Sayulita. Our group of 4 (2 couples) couldn't have had a better time, either enjoying the sun in the infinity pool, having a siesta on the outdoor lounges or having a beer on the rooftop terrace looking out over the ocean.
Waking up in the upstairs bedrooms with the view of the ocean really is something to be experienced.
The house truly is perfection and I cannot recommend it more.

Work is hard! In looking for to a relaxing and restful abode our friend Jodi stumbled upon Casa Contigo. We viewed the pics on-line and were immediately enamored and looked forward to to visit. When we arrived we were not disappointed. Evan and Tracey greeted us with a lovely sipper of local tequila and we took the tour. What a gorgeous place! From the grand views of the ocean on each floor to the openness of the entire home we thought we had died and gone to heaven. The whole week was wonderful! Our housekeeper Cindy was delightful and she prepared meals for us on two occasions. The Chilis en Mole was not on the menu but she offered these up and they were deliciosa! We loved, loved, loved our visit and would highly recommend Casa Contigo to anyone looking for a quaint getaway from the rat race we are often running in. So lovely is Sayulita and we look forward to the next trip!

We stayed at Casa Contigo for a majestic and relaxing week. The house was perfectly appointed, comfortable, clean, with the most amazing view over the infinity pool over tropical trees to the ocean. This is the third house I've rented in Sayulita and it's by far the best I've seen. Both main bedrooms have giant bay windows with views over Sayulita bay. The outdoor kitchen has everything you'd want- new appliances and open air. The house is perfect for daily private yoga on the roof, lounging by the pool, reading and napping in the outdoor living room, and cooking/grilling. The pool to cool off, and even better for a night time dip and stargazing! The house is located less than 15 minutes by foot to the center of town, super convenient to restaurants and markets. I can't recommend this house enough!!

I am a photographer and my wife and I took a few extra days to vacation while in Sayulita and this house was amazing! The view was even better than any of the pictures could describe and the constant ocean breeze from the perfect architecture was perfect. Even and Tracey are super-nice and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Sayulita, now that we've been here.

One step through the secure front door and you begin to talk like you may never leave Sayulita. Lounging on the floaty's in the infinity pool while absorbing the breathtaking view made it hard for us to leave this incredible casa for five days. We figured out that tequila makes pretty good bloody mary's! The layout of the casa made us feel part of the tropical surroundings, and was very well equipped for cooking on our own. After witnessing the mating ritual of the star iguana and his five female groupies in the fig tree outside our spacious open air kitchen, we decided to grab the beach umbrella, towels and boogie boards provided and take the short walk down primitive path that opens up to the magnificent roar and thunder of the waves that are playfully surfed by the locals. Tracey and Evan were very accommodating from the time we made our reservation to the time we were on our way back to the states. This casa exceeded our expectations and made for a quiet, romantic, unforgettable vacation.

From the moment we first walked in and saw the incredible view, to the last glance back as we left, I must have said 'Oh, my God!' a hundred times. Mornings spent watching the myriad colorful birds feeding on the berries in the trees by the deck were delightful. We saw several iguanas basking in this treetop canopy above the world. The humpback whales breaching in the distance were thrilling. Sunsets on the rooftop were spectacular. Lying in bed gazing at the moonlight on the ocean, with the lights from the town below twinkling and the sound of surf hypnotic, we agreed our stay was everything we could have desired. Evan and Tracey were wonderful, and we look forward to returning here next year.

Left on 12/10/2011 for a stay in December 2011
Wow! Was the first word out of mouth when I walked thru the front door and saw the view! Then I said wow, wow, wow. Really stunning and the same view only better from the two upstairs bedrooms and the roof deck. Even the lower bedroom has a smashing view. Aside from the view (if you can stop looking) the house is light and airy and new with great attention to detail. The kitchen is an open air dream, the infinity pool is right there to jump in at a moment's notice then grab a beer and take a another nap in the sun. The bedrooms all have separate baths with great showers that also have "the view!β The roof deck is a great place to hang and read if you want to get away. A quick walk down a slightly hidden path to the beach and town. I felt like I had won the lottery...can't wait to go back. I wouldn't recommend for anyone with toddlers...pool open and accessible, etc.
Tracey and Evan the owners were super accomodating with info and tips.
