3 Br 2 full bath 2 story home. Vaulted 16 foot ceilings with 5 large skylights. One bathroom has an amazing steam shower and over sized heated whirlpool bathtub with jets for spa-like living.
2 large decks on two levels connected by a circular stairway. One deck has a large BBQ and seating for four and the second has a 5 person outdoor hot tub.
Sunroom for picturesque dining allows for excellent views every day, every season.

Bayport is the perfect town, with large homes with large plots of land, abundant, attractive waterfront housing, even beautiful, head-turning victorians make driving around or riding a bike more enjoyable. The locale is perfect so you may enjoy the Hamptons, enjoy all the distinct communities of Fire Island, and enjoy NY city so you have the freedom to go anywhere depending on your mood. Home is located in the quiet country town of Bayport on South Coast of Long Island NY, just 30 minutes east of the Hamptons and 80 minutes west of Manhattan. You may also take the long Island railroad and take only 1:20 to get to the heart of NYC. OR an easy train takes 30 minutes to get to Southampton. Beautiful wineries out east. Convenient ferry to Fire island is only 10 minutes away. This beautiful classy, small town is Long Islands best kept secret. It HAS IT ALL all within walking distance. Even a beach. The local stores are tremendously convenient, with a country delicatessen, Pilates and yoga on the corner and CVS, banks, a great fish store, sushi, 7-11, Starbucks, amazing frozen yogurt, 2 Mexican restaurants, French restaurant, and one of the best Italian restaurants with award-winning pizza are only 1 block away, It even has an fresh farm stand with same day organic eggs and vegetables. So enjoy a healthy walk once in a while to do all you will ever need. You can even enjoy my favorite massage/spa see Micky she's amazing and its only $28. an hour, go every day. The first ones on me! The beautiful famous beaches and another world of FIRE ISLAND are just 22 minutes away from your boat dock in the back yard. Or take any ferry from the 3 bordering towns of Sayville, Patchogue or Bayshore. Why live all the way at the tip of Long Island in The Hamptons where the city is 2.5 hours away on a day with no traffic? If you need to be in the city from time to time, yet want the Hamptons, getaway feel, with a splash of tranquility and privacy all in a Hamptons-like town, then you have found your Shangri-la. Located 10 minutes from Islip long Island airport (Southwest air) or 50 min from JFK or Laguardia.

This is my rate structure, it is very simple. $500 per night 2 night minimum, sorry no exceptions. Take as many nights as you want, all for $500 per night. On every stay there is a $100 cleaning fee and a $89 damage insurance charge. Example: a weekend is $500x2 = $1000, plus $100 cleaning, plus $89 damage insurance = $1189. For longer stays please do the math. :-) Its easy $500 a night plus the $189 one-time fee for damage insurance and cleaning fee.

he pictures only hint at how nice the property actually is--there is big comfortable space downstairs to relax and hang out (we had a group of 6), and it was perfect, especially on a chilly day, to cozy up to the gas fireplace upstairs. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, was very trusting and accommodating, and even included the keys to his wonderful Mercedes to help us get around. The outdoor hot tub was incredible, large enough for our whole group. We felt very secluded and tranquil watching the ducks swimming in the stream. Proximity to the water was also a plus; we caught a beautiful sunset over the pond. Not to mention the steam shower in the master bathroom--it all added to our extremely relaxing getaway! Our stay could not have been better--would definitely rent from the owner again!
