"Sughera di Sotto" is a very spacious (125 m2) three bedroom self-catering apartment which can comfortably accommodate up to 6. It is perfect for groups of friends or large families and is suitable for elderly guests and young children. Furnished with great taste and care it offers its guests an unforgettable stay.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom which can be arranged as a double bedroom, each with ensuite bathroom, one with bath tub and two with shower cabinets..

The living-room is furnished with armchairs and sofa: perfect for sitting by the ?replace! In the Tv room there’s a sofabed which can accommodat...e one additional guests

In the Sughera di Sotto you can enjoy sitting outdoors under the two private porches – each one 18 square meters – or in the private garden. The outdoor areas are furnished with tables and chairs for dining al fresco and have a lounge area to relax outside in the warm summer nights.

The kitchen is fully-equipped to ensure comfort and total independence.

Our accommodation is ideal for both summer rental and spring and autumn in Tuscany.
The cities of culture and art, the medieval villages, sports and nature, the thermal areas and the crystalline and uncontaminated sea of Maremma. Siena, Pisa, Montalcino, Massa Marittima are just few miles away. If you love nature you’ll have the chance of doing walks – by feet, by mountain-bike or by horse – between the paths of the Parc. If you instead would rather have a relaxing holiday, in the sign of health and well-being, you can enjoy the blue sea and the amazing beaches of the gulf of Follonica, such as Cala Violina, as the thermes of Saturnia, of the Calidario and of the Petriolo. And if you’re willing to discover the flavors of the Tuscany’s culinary tradition, we’ll be glad to suggest you some of the most typical places where to eat of the area, from the typical taverns to the restaurants right on the beach or in the hearth of the wood. All of this, following the famous Strade del Vino (roads of the wine, literally), where you can visit some of the most wonderful winery in the world and at just two step away from the archeological Etrurian sites. Moreover, many golf fields – the Pelagone above all, 10 minutes from home –sagre, festivals, jazz concerts, the Opera, shows and much more. Without renouncing to the pleasure of waking up at the sound of birds, of having the possibility to take a deep dive into the pool and of getting lost at the colors of the sun falling all over the trees and the hills of the Parc at the sunset, comfortably seated here, at Poggio La Croce.
To get here, you'll need a car. We're half an hour away from the main railways stations - Follonica and Grosseto - and one hour from Pisa's Airport.
