Enjoy the view of Diamond Lake from the cozy comfort of Old Red cabin. Its 600 square ft. of living space gives you enough room to relax in comfort, while still maintaining an atmosphere of intimacy. The upstairs loft contains a queen-size bed, while the queen-size futon downstairs provides extra sleeping space at night and additional seating for guests. The beautiful red cedar furniture throughout the cabin lends a warm, luxurious feel.
You can enjoy a home-cooked dinner indoors, prepared in the full kitchen. An electric stove, full-sized refrigerator, microwave and double sink makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a breeze.

My husband and I have stayed here two years in a row in February. The first time we went, we were blown away with the personalized service and all the handcrafted wood, furniture and just the gorgeous design and comfort of the cabin. It's completely furnished with flat screen tvs with built in DVD players, a gas fire place in the loft. Fully equipped kitchen. A porch with a grill and a seven person hot tub. The hot tub is so relaxing with glowing interchanging lights and a built in stereo system. The whole cozy environment and service is enough to keep us coming back for years to come!!!

Words can not describe the stay (stays) we have had at Diamond Lake cabins. We have recently stayed at Old Red for the first time and it is just as wonderful as Knotty Cabin. We have been coming to Dave's for about 3 years now and we stay 2-3 times per year. We usually stay in the Knotty Cabin but recently stayed in the smaller one to fish at the top part and enjoy the smaller cabin. Every cabin is the "best". All fully loaded with everything you need except your food. We have already made the reservations in the Knotty Cabin for end of august beginning of September for a 3 night stay. Dave is one of the best hosts any place could have. He has really gone above and beyond his expectations with us. We will and forever continue to visit Diamond Lake until we can no longer drive or manage to make it. I reccomend this place for anyone who loves the outdoors and privacy of being with the outdoor peace, winds, and just relaxation.

I would definately reccomend staying at Diamond Lake Cabins. The surroundings are breathtaking and beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful. The Old Red Cabin is beautiful and just the right size for a romantic getaway with that special someone. And the hottub on the deck was perfect for that relaxation time. Definatly will be back!!

If you allow this perfect little cabin to have it's way, you will be refreshed and ready for life again. It's rustic charm has all the amenities of home, but begs you to just sit on the porch, listen to the birds, and look upon the most perfect lake man has made. Occasionally you'll be lured to it's banks to feed the fish or try your hand at fishing for hybrid bluegill, largemouth bass, and perch.
The large porch provided outdoor cooking and eating areas along with the stress melting hot tub. A two person glider faces the water for morning coffee and conversation.
The inside for him were remotes, flat screens, satelite, and cell booster. For us ladies, hot showers, a fireplace in bedroom, and a stunning lake view out most windows.
The owner was on the property at all times for easy access and welcoming conversation. He has made alittle piece of seclusion for us all to enjoy! Thank you Dave

We were looking for a place for a Valentine weekend when we found this cabin on the internet. It is a newer cabin, very clean with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Perfect for two people. We enjoyed the hot tub on the porch in the snow. When we arrived Tom was there to explain everything about the Cabin. He left his cell # in case we needed anything which was great since we forgot how to operate the TV. We will deffinately be back to enjoy the outdoors when the weather is warmer.

Absolutely loved this place!! Nothing was overlooked. All you need is your cloths, food and drinks. Cabin was beautiful and very,very clean. Very peaceful and quiet. This was our first getaway weekend...and will go back!! If you are looking for a place to just relax, this is the place to go. The owner is very friendly.

We were looking for somewhere to go last minute and came across the diamondlakescabin.com. So we checked it out and called. They had one available. We are so glad we went,this place is awesome. The Hot tub is awesome. It blows any hotel room with a jacuzzi tub away. The owner is very nice and has a wonderful thing going on here. He goes out of his way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The cabins are very nice. The atmosphere is very relaxing. For us it was close to home and reasonably priced. We had a great time and will return again.

Someone could not find a magnificent place in Ohio like this. It is really amazing the cabin as well as the surrounded area.We had an awesome time. The people here are so friendly and kind.
I am sure we have to return to this place.
I would like in the future if there are some packages for this place for week or some days with arranged activities like fishing, rowing, swimming,...

This cabin is a little piece of heaven right here on earth! Very quiet, relaxing rustic yet modern cabin with all the necessities!! It has two flat screen tv's with dvd players and direct tv, heat and air conditioning and a 7 person therapeutic hot top on the covered porch. If you have never been in a therapeutic hot tub, you are in for a real treat!! The jets are much more powerful than any other hot tub!!! We spent our 23rd wedding anniversary there just recently and we will definitely be returning!!! The cabin overlooks a private, fully stocked lake with some of the largest bass and bluegill I have ever seen!!! Dave is very helpful and does whatever it takes to make sure you have a wonderful getaway vacation!!! I highly recommend you plan a visit here!! You will want to schedule a return visit!!!
