the condo was as advertised, clean well located easy to find, with a nice pool and spa.
the only negative is there is some water damage in bathrooms by showers with potential mold in wall. the shower faucet inthe main bath was also hard to adjust. -

This property was nicely furnished and very comfortable. It was a bit small, and although only myself and husband stayed there, we found ourselves bumping into each other a lot. That wasn't a huge problem, but even though it could actually sleep 6, I would not recoommend it for a group that large.
The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfy, and the unit was very nice and clean. We did have one issue with not getting enough hot water, but the Westbrook staff handled it very quickly and efficiently.
The only thing I didn't like was the patio area. The patio is nice but doesn't really get any sun. I know that in the Phoenix heat that could be a plus, but I really wanted to sit out and read and get some sun without having to go to all the way to the pool.
The check in process was very smooth, everything was explained ahead of time by Westbrook and were made to feel very welcome. Inside the unit was a very helpful binder that had answers to any questions we may have had, along with lots of maps and info about things to do in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.
Overall I was impressed with Westbrook and their great customer service. I will definitely recommend them to friends. On our next trip I will call them again, although I will choose a different property. -

Convenient location, good walking area, quiet neighborhood, easy access, easy check in and out.
Comfortable setting and bedding good TVs and wireless. Hot water needs some additional capacity. -

The condo was clean and well furnished.
It was a huge inconvenience having to pick up and return the keys and rental information to the Westbrook office, which was easily 45 minutes away depending on traffic. I am interested in using a management company for my own properties but would not consider Westbrook for this reason. -

My husband and I both loved the home. The location was great. We got around easily. We really were happy we could bring our dog with us on vacation.
I think it would be very helpful if there would be a map of the complex with the pools,grills, and the exercise room. Also, info about the area such as restaurants, activities, and grocery stores.
And, an easier way to pick up and return the keys. How about a lock box??
I don't want to sound like a complainer because we liked our vacation rental very much.

My friend and i stayed here while showing at the Arabian show in Scottsdale. The location was very good and the unit had just the right amount of space we were looking for. The only downside we felt was having to pick up and return the key to the Westbrook office which was very inconvenient. I would suggest a keybox at the condo, it would make things more convenient. In fact, we probably would not stay here again for that very reason.

We are in the process of having keyless entry systems installed to all of our units. Therefore, eliminating the need to pickup/drop keys at our office. Thank you for your feedback!
