Welcome to our dream vacation home, be our guests when we aren't using it.! We are a Chicago couple who have been enjoying Phoenix for 30 years, and made the move last year to buy our "winter home" in the most desirable area of Scottsdale.

Signed rental for June & July, enjoyed it, location, weather & golf, so I extended my stay through November. Owners have brother who lives in Grayhawk who is always available for quick service, internet help etc. I will be returning in Spring.

We stayed for almost three months and enjoyed it tremedously. It is so close to Market Place and other conveniences like restaurants, golf, and stores. The views in the area are top notch, but you are still close to the 101. The ammenities in the community are really nice and the pool is beautiful. The furnishings are also very nice and you have everything you need. We would recommend this unit to anyone we know.
