Thanks Wendy for allowing us to stay in your lovely unit. Very comfortable, conveniently located to the pool and to everything Scottsdale has to offer. Also only minutes away from aSU which for a big Sundevils fan like me is a huge bonus. Couldn't be happier!! Unless we could have figured out a way to stay even longer :)

My husband and I have been regular renters of Wendy and Rick's condo for several years now. We especially love the location of their unit and the condo itself is very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Wendy and Rick have been a pleasure to deal with over the years which is another reason that their condo is always our first choice when we are considering a trip to Scottsdale.

We had a wonderful week-long stay in this condo in early December 2012. The condo is nicely updated, quiet, well-stocked with supplies, and the beds were very comfortable. It is about a 15 minute walk from Old Town, a two minute drive from the 101. The pool area is much nicer in person and well-cared for daily. Wendy (the owner) was very helpful and easy to work with. She recommended a place for us to rent baby equipment since we were traveling with our newborn daughter, when I called her when we had an issue with the internet she got back to me right away (although we were never able to get it working), she refunded my deposit very quickly. My husband and I travel to Scottsdale often and we will certainly stay here again. Loved it!

When we booked the condo, Wendy provided us with all the information we needed, as well providing a list of activities, restaurants etc. When we arrived, the condo was all we could ask for. When we had a request during our stay, a quick phone to Wendy resulted in resolution within an hour or two. The master BR is large and the king size bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep after a long and hectic day. We were only a two minute drive from Old Town Scottsdale and close to restaurants and malls. It was very easy to get around fron the condo. Thank you Wendy for treating us like family!

We stayed here for a week because my husband was doing Ironman arizona in Tempe. The condo is immaculate! The location is fabulous! We were about 10 min from the start of the race at Tempe Town Lake. We could ride our bikes down to the race start on the bike path that runs from Tempe to Scottsdale which was located right outside of the condo complex. We were minutes to the Scottsdale old town and the huge mall. Loads of restaurants within minutes of the condo, but kitchen in unit was sufficient. Upper unit, so it was very quiet. Owners are very gracious and made our stay wonderful.

I stayed here for 1 month while in Scottsdale. This condo is remodeled and the complex itself use to be apartment rentals. The condo is on the second floor, quiet, even though the pool is right outside. Master bedroom bed is very large and comfortable. Great location with lots to do within a 5 mile radius. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

This condo is furnished beautifullu and had every thing we need. The location was perfect and close to many restaurants.
We actually stayed both in Nov and December and it was perfect for the holidays as I actually did a lot of cooking.
