A warm, wonderful place. A little outdated but one overlooks this due to the sunny open floor plan. Has everything a renter wants in order to have a wonderful time.
A great location and so close to the best Course in aZ, Troon North, We would definitely recommend it. -

This condo was very spacious and clean, everything you need is there. Staff from Westbrook Vacation kept in touch with us to make sure our stay was very comfortable. Beautiful golf course right behind the condo. It is a bit of a drive to shopping and restaurants. We tried the restaurants up the road and they were awsome.
Definately would stay again. -

Northstar was wonderfully stocked; the location was beautiful. Though there is grocery, Walgreens, convenience stores close by. You will have to drive 10 plus miles to be nearer Scottsdale restaurants. The patio area was really nice, the house itself was very comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and great location for running outdoors and hiking the Peak close by. I have to emphasize this was a beautiful area, just beautiful. This property is very far north, you will have to drive quite a way to get to things.
The pool was very disappointing, small, shaded and the workout room was not a workout room. The treadmill looked to be 20 years old, one would be better off not having one in there. The pool was a huge drawback!!! The weather was incredible but we had no desire to go to that pool. I found the cleanliness not so great in the living area and the dishes were dirty. We had to wash all the dishes. That was gross. Lots of dirt under the sofa. The sectionals would move around so you got views of the dirt every so often. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The two beds in 2nd bedroom where horrible. Not able to sleep on a bed on vacation is a real bummer.

Everything was in place as expected and in the event of a problem it is clear who to contact. Totally satisfied on a value for money basis.
I really appreciate the pre-arrival contact and knowledge that the unit is ready and what to expect. The digital door lock is a new and very welcome addition. One small but especially appreciated extra is the clothes drying rack...over a week on dusty golf courses means washing things that do not go in the dryer.
If you can find a similar unit in the Troon North area with its own hot tub, life would be perfect...two old dudes playing 36 holes a day have trouble with the small hassle of going to the communal pool. -

The showers dribbled; the toilets didn't flush.
Otherwise, the dishes on the shelves stuck together. I complained (left a message) but never heard back from anyone.
Everything else was clean. The basil plant was a nice touch. Except it was a bug breeding factory, damp soil and all that. It also didn't manage the to disguise the sour smell of the refrigerator. -

The home was spacious, nicely decorated and well stocked. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We loved the keyless lock system.
There are only two things I would suggest could be improved. The kitchen faucet is old and difficult to use - needs an update. Also, the sink in the guest bath gave only a trickle of water.
We visit Scottsdale every year and will definately come back to Westbrook to rent next year.

My wife, our young boys (ages 4 & 6) and myself stayed in this condo for 6 days while in Scottsdale. We chose this property because of the proximity to the Troon North resorts and found that it was a great location for us. This area is on the northern edge of Scottsdale and driving is required to take in more of the local attractions. It is nice because you're on the edge of the desert. I was able to enjoy a great mountain biking afternoon in the desert which was right there!!
The condo itself was nicely appointed. It was clean and had all the amenities that a young family needs - large open spaces, good kitchen & dining area, laundry, etc. We enjoyed the condo pool & hot-tub, although we weren't able to fully take it in due to bad weather, very cold and blowing while we were there. Jane made us feel very welcome and looked after all our concerns. I felt we received good value for our money spent. -

I was very impressed with the cleaniness of the unit. Everything was in working condition and it was very helpful having the instructions on how to operate all the remotes in the unit. My son's words when we arrived were 'WOW what a great place. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone without a doubt. Only issue was finding the location of the pool area. There was no map or directions. The service of the staff was exceptional. I really appreciated the follow-up phone call to see if everything was OK. Great customer service
