Love this location and apartment. Steps to the pool.Pool and grounds were maintained The complex has older vacationers and is quiet and relaxing. We grilled steaks and loved sitting on the deck with morning coffee. We love the location, 3 wonderful grocery stores (one has a cooking school inside) restaurants and movie theaters. Travel is fast with access to Hwy 101 and 51. Old Scottsdale just 15 min.
We had a shower handel problem and they had maintance came out fixed so we could use and had plumber the next day. Everyone so professional.
The bed is very hard and I loved it,have a bad back and it was wonderful to sleep so well!!! great decor
I wish they had a DVR and a radio/docking station. -

Our first Spring Break at age 57 was fantastic! We, Dad, Mom, & two 20+ children), stayed in a lovely 1 bdrm condo w/liv rm (hide-a-bed), kitchen/dining, bath, laundry & enclosed patio overlooking the pool. We had everything, a lovely place to stay, a fabulous pool, a workout room (bonus since 1 parent needed it for phys. therapy.), shopping & restaurants close by, and centrally located for all out destinations (Spring Training, Tucson, Tempe, Sedona, etc.).
We had a lovely week with trips to the ballpark and autographs, visits to University of arizona and arizona State, The Mission, Montezuma's Castle, Sedona for a Pink Jeep ride, Old Town Scottsdale, etc. We ate at great restaurants and shopped. We met up with family and friends. We had so much fun and there's still so much more to see.
We enjoyed our Spring Break in arizona and we think you will too. -

This is a great little condo for a couple's stay. It was well furnished, very clean, and comfortable. There were nice touches like travel-size soaps, shampoos, cleaning products, etc. to get you started until you could get to the grocery. The Bella Terra amenities were also very nice. An assigned parking spot assured your space was always available. My only suggestion would be a full length mirror on the back of a bedroom or closet door (the only mirror in the unit is over the bathroom sink). Overall, I would definitely recommend Simply Savvy as a great little condo rental, centrally located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

This condo is situated very well - close to pool, parking and exercise area. Check-in/ check-out was very smooth as a key lock system is used. The first few days were a little hectic as the plumbing had been lossen for some reason and we were having to deal with numerous water leaks. Once I found the problem I was able to rectify it and the leaks were stopped. Plumbing again acted up about two weeks into our stay and I had to take the fixtures under the sink apart once again. This time I located three popcycle sticks stuck in the trap, apparently from a previous renter. They were removed and the system again worked fine. We also had problems with a leak inside the fridge. It also was eventually fixed. Once these problems were addressed we enjoyed our stay and the amenities this unit provides. Westbrook Vacation Rentals are very easy to deal with. We would use this condo again.

I really enjoy the Vacation home I stayed in because it was like home. I wish it had been warmer during my stay so I could have used the pool. Mybe next I come to town for work it will be during the summer so that I canemjoy all that the place has to offer.
