Additional charges apply only to the laundry / cleaning fee- which is 160 up to 3 guests and 200 for over 3 guests.
The security deposit is 400 and is fully returnable at the end of your stay providing that no damage has been reported by the housekeeper.
Our cancellation policy covers you for a full refund minus a 150 administration fee in the event that you cancel or delay your reservation.Cancelltion must be given in writing with 45 days notice.Cancellations of less than 45 days are refundable- minus a 150 administration fee -providing that we are able to re book the dates you reserved.
Payment is accepted via all major credit cards and paypal as well as personal cheques.
50 PERCENT of all rental fees are due at the time of reservation.The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

This place is great! Its tastefully decorated and comfortably elegant, with beautiful colors and fantastic furnishings Its immaculately clean and very well-stocked and I mean well stocked!...exotic teas of all types, and for those of you that love to cook, this place has every spice known to man! .. and for all you coffee lovers out there, this place has the hook up for that, a coffee pot with typical coffee, and if thats not good enough for you, try using the coffee grinder thats provided for you along with the coffee beans that brews into something so delicious you can smell it for hours after its been brewed. Wow! I wish I were there right now enjoying a cup. Yes indeed, it was a visit to remember and one I would repeat again and again!
The theme for the pool area was like a tropical paradise oasis, it boasts a real sandy beach area leading into the pool, painted sea animals at the bottom of the pool floor, huge rocks with cascading waterfalls, and it is breathtaking! I have never seen such an awesome pool and recreational area in a complex before. It has outdoor showers, a volleyball pit, two hot tubs, a bar where you can byob, (I imagine-wink)and a 24 hour gym thats loaded with all the best equipment for those of you that like to work out.
The location was convenient and close to many fine restaurants and stores. I was able to find everything and anything I needed.
Rachel communicated well with me, responding back quickly to the many questions and concerns that I had. shes very flexible about scheduling etc.-

We stayed here over the Easter holiday as part of a multi-centre vacation and were very pleased indeed with the quality and comfort of the accommodation, the cleanliness and Rachel's extremely helpful attitude.
The development in which the unit sits is also clean, maintained to a high standard and had good quality, considerate clientele and owners. We were, for example, never troubled by evening/night-time noise, despite this being one of the busiest times of year for Phoenix.
If I had to pick one fault, it would be that the bathroom fixtures felt a bit old-fashioned, but this really didn't matter as they all worked perfectly and the place was spotless.
We would happily stay there again. Our expectations were high and we were not disappointed. Heartily recommended.

...'contemporary elegant architecture...close to all amenities...beautiful pool, palms and lush vegetation...tennis court below the upstairs patio...the unit is spacious, with high ceilings...refined furnishings, travertine floors...nice bedrooms and baths...'computer...very clean and well maintained...i felt like i was in a quality resort...

i stayed at this beautiful apartment for my honeymoon and it was ideal . the location is brilliant and the surrounding restaurants and attractions are all close.the home is more than we expected and the price very reasonable.the pool and spas were a great treat . wonderfully clean and attractive accomodation with comfortable beds and many luxuries.great apartment complex - quiet and beautifully landscaped. a great trip overall.
