Prime North Scottsdale gated community. Unit is located near the clubhouse, the hot tub and one of the 2 huge resort-style pools at the EDGE in Grayhawk. Amenities at the The Edge Clubhouse include a coffee/refreshment bar, wireless internet, pool tables, theater room (need to book), video game room, restaurant with executive chef, and more. Two, huge resort style heated pools/spas, state-of-the-art fitness room. Walking paths and a community park nearby. There are also several outdoor BBQ grills and cabanas throughout to enjoy outdoor entertaining.

This beautiful, professionally furnished luxury Condo is the perfect place to for an extended stay or vacation. This is one of the few Grayhawk condos with no homes directly behind - it has a spacious private patio overlooking the park and mountains for privacy and a relaxing view. 2nd story unit with great view and quiet location. It is very comfortable and upscale offering over 1300 sq.ft. of luxury and comfort. Unit is in like new condition and all furniture, small appliances, bedding, etc are brand new. Condo features include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, large dining table, 18 inch slate-like flooring, great room with 47” LED TV with bluray player, two large master bedrooms, two master baths - both with granite countertops! Included is a full size washer/dryer in the unit. All beds are brand new, high quality Sealy. TV's are in three rooms with brand new LED TV's in Master BR & Living Room. Cox cable is provided on all three TV’s. Condo unit has a computer for guest use and WIFI within the unit with COX internet.

Luxurious master bedroom, with plush Sealy European pillow top bed has a private exit to spacious patio overlooking park and mountains! The second master has two extra-long Sealy European pillow top full beds (or put together for a king). The spacious loft has a queen size futon for extra sleeping area with a TV. There is a separate office/desk area with granite desk.

We are just minutes away from lots of fine dining (Mastro’s Steakhouse, Eddie V's, Ocean Club, Armitage, Flemings), shopping (DC Ranch Marketplace, Kierland Commons, Fashion Square, Costco, and Desert Ridge) and world-class golf courses (including Grayhawk, TPC, Troon North, Kierland, Talking Stick, Eagle Mountain, Wildfire and We-Ko-Pa). The complex is minutes away from the Grayhawk Golf course, the Raptor and the Talon which has held the a PGA event for the past couple of years and is home to Phil Mickelson and boasts his restaurant Phils Grill! The TPC - Home of the WM Phoenix Open is only five minutes away as well. There are over 30 miles of walking trails surrounding the area and tennis courts just blocks away. Need portability w/ your laptop? Bring your laptop while you are sitting by the pool and access a wireless hot spot. Also WIFI within the condo itself. We are a mere block from Frys SuperMarket that has all your grocery, fresh deli, pharmacy, liquor store... you name it they have. In the retail square there is also a Bank, also a great Irish pub with great Happy Hour on Fridays and live music, a new Mexican restaurant and if you need something quick and easy a Jack in the Box.

  Unit was as described. Had all the basics we needed and it was a nice place to come back to after being out all day. Community pools were a little crowded but the exercise room/gym was great with plenty of equipment. Unit was a little dirty when we arrived but the owner worked with us on this. Only downside was how close the unit patio was to the main gate. All in all, it was a great vacation and the unit was a good value. The location was perfect for our family as it allowed us to take in all that Scottsdale has to offer.

  Owner was very friendly and collaborative. [Address removed for security reasons] was clean, well appointed, and had plenty of pans, plates and utensils to be able to make meals. Condo was spacious and allowed ample room for 3 teenagers and 2 adults. Gated community. The clubhouse was one of the best features with free popcorn, drinks, billiards, and fruit. Clubhouse chef offered fresh made daily meals at reasonable prices for anyone in the development. Pool area was very nice and comfortable, with ample access to towels and a friendly, relaxing environment. Reasonable proximity to local restaurants and golf courses. We also visited Grand Canyon and Sedona beforehand. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

  The Scottsdale home was great for a girls weekend getaway and we want to pass on our sincere thanks for letting us share it. The home is well equipped with everything that you need to enjoy your time there and the owners have done a great job of providing their guests with all the info needed for a quick open up/shut down of the unit. The location can not be beat and all the amenities that go with this property are top of the line. Would return in a minute!

  Four adults and one teen stayed here for ten days in July. Everything was as described. The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The community is north of the city and you will have to do some driving to major attractions like the zoo and botantical gardens. But everything you could need is close by; drugstore, grocery, gas, fast food, restaurants, etc.
  
  The clubhouse and pool were never busy when we visited. and we used the pool almost every day. The place is gated twenty-four hours a day and feels completely safe, and was very quiet when we visited.
  
  The only downside was no wi-fi in the condo. You have to go to the clubhouse to access the wi-fi and it is only open from 7am to 9 or 10pm.

  Owner provided strong communications, condo was spacious to handle 5 teenagers, clubhouse and pool area were a strong plus to the site. Easy access to local Fry's supermarket, dining, and shopping. The only downside was the need to go to the clubhouse to get Wifi access.
