We stayed at this property for a girls weekend and had a great time! The property is very centrally located, close to restaurants and shopping. There is a fantastic shopping mall 5 min away and an outlet mall was a 20 min drive. We loved the pool area and spent a lot of time out there lounging! The condo is very close to the pool which was really handy. It's also situated right on a green belt so we went for early morning walks before it got too hot. Great for runners! The condo is really nicely furnished and was very clean. The kitchen was on the smaller side but had all the plates/cutlery/appliances we needed to prepare food during the day and save some money. I would definitely recommend this property for a friends getaway!

My family and I vacationed here during Christmas 2011. The upgrades to the condo are nice and it is relatively clean. However...the one thing that the rental company fails to mention is that this property is situated on a very busy street. My family and I found it difficult to sleep with the noise from the traffic. Also not a great location when you are travelling with young children and a small dog who aren't traffic wise.
The pool area is OK and the pool is heated to a comfortable temperature during the winter months. But...the light in the hot tub doesn't work and it makes getting into the hot tub during night a little difficult.
The lock to the second bedroom doesn't work properly. The first night I accidently locked my dad out and he ended up sleeping on the couch. If you simply close the door to this bedroom the door locks so be cautious!
The shower in the master bathroom appeared to be broken but when my family called the rental company they told us to pull really hard on the handle and the water will come on. So...unless you are travelling with someone really strong don't think you will be showering in that bathroom anytime soon!
The rental company calls this vacation rental the Scottsdale Grande. I think my family and I are still driving around Scottsdale looking for the Scottsdale Grande. The property is actually in the Sunscape Villas. Google Sunscape Villas and you will discover that a number of vehicles have been stolen from the parking lot and break ins have occurred. This property is on the ground floor with the patio door and multiple windows easily accessible with no secondary locks on any of the windows or doors. Safety is definitely an issue!
