We were fortunate to be able to stay in this lovely home that was everything and more than we expected. The furnishings, cleanliness and comfort were excellent. Having access to a washer and dryer was wonderful. The peaceful environment of the area and close access to the tennis courts benefited us beyond words. I would recommend this unit 100%. The Westbrooke staff took care of everything, just like they said they would.

When we checked out I accidentally left the whole freezer full of meat and fish, I called the emergency number with in a few hours of checking out and asked about getting back in to retrieve my items. No one called me back for days. When I inquired to see what happened they stated policy it to throw it away. Not only was I terribly dissapointed that no one even called me to see if I needed those items but there was no option to retreive the items or get any sort of credit for them.

Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that we were not able to get your items out of the freezer. When the call was made to the afterhours line it was flagged as a non-emergency as per the conversation with caller. When the call is labeled as a non-emergency Westbrook is not notified until the following business day. Unfortunately, this happened on Thanksgiving Day with the next business day being Monday. Even though Westbrook was notified by email the following day, Friday, the property had already been cleaned. All of our properties are cleaned immediately after guests depart to allow for afternoon arrivals of new guests. Also, as standard policy our housekeepers are instructed to discard all perishable items. Again, weapologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. It was a pleasure having you as our guest over the past 3 months.

This 3 bedroom condo had been renovated in 2011. It is very spacious with a sunken living room and private patio. Everything was supplied down to plastic wrap, spices, coffee, shampoo etc. so there was no need to buy anything other than food.
The grounds were lovely with pools and tennis court and parking right outside the unit.
The condo was clean and provided a full size washer ans dryer and 2 full baths. All bedrooms were very comfortable and each had a flat screen TV on the wall.
The only thing we had trouble with was the phone and remote for the TV in the livingroom. It appeared that it was a problem with Cox Cable and was eventually fixed.
The property management attended to any issues promptly and to our satisfaction.
This unit would be perfect for a family or friends on a vacation or golfing trip. It is close to the 101 and shopping is near by.
