Great location in Scottsdale near 101 and Shea. 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 6 using hide-a-bed. Great shopping and restaurants are very close. Golf courses are plentiful. Smaller quiet gated community. Unit has a two stall attached garage and beautiful pool area with gas Barbeque grills. Our place is updated and super cleaned several times each year. Our unit is well appointed and very relaxing.

Craving for a chance to escape the snow and cold of winter, we chose Scottsdale and Spring Training. We happened to find this lovely townhome with sufficient room and amenities. This place was quiet and peaceful, yet close to all of the activities one could desire, including ball parks and shopping. The home was everything described and then some--even the first morning coffee was in the cupboard ready for the brewing. We felt safe and secure in this gated, friendly and clean community. It was obvious that the owner took care of the little things that many vacation rentals often overlook, including critical avenues of communication through email, texts, and phone calls. Care and attention to the overall maintenance of the property, furniture, and appliances is obvious. We loved the signage that explained which switches did what! Would rent here again if we could!

Our family spent 9 days in Scottsdale over the Christmas holiday. This condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean, easy in and out, perfect temperature hot tub (for Dec.)and secure complex. In addition, it is centrally located, close to the 101 freeway, and general shopping. The owners are wonderful to work with and make renting easy. We would rent this condo again!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely Townhome for one week the middle of December. We found it to be true to all decriptions and compliments from other renters who stayed there previously. The owner saw to it that we had everything we needed for comfort. The location is excellent - a quiet neighborhood yet close to freeway access - and shopping and eating is within walking distance.
You will be very pleased if you pick this rental. -

We stayed in this lovely Townhouse for one week the middle of December. It lived up to all the pictures, recommendations and expectations we saw and read about in the descriptions. The Host was extremely helpful in every way possible. Our stay was so enjoyable that we are eager to return again soon to explore the greater Scottsdale/Phoenix area in greater depth. You won't be disappointed.

Location is wonderful and easy access to all the things to see and do in the metro area. The condo is great and the owner was very gracious, making sure that we had everything to make our stay enjoyable, and it was. We would definitely stay here again if we are fortunate to visit this lovely part of the country in the future!

We(3 adults) stayed at Don's place for 6 nights. It is immaculately kept, spacious and homey. The development is beautiful, quiet and centrally located,(20 min to downtown Phoenix , 3hrs from the Grand Canyon and 2hrs from Sedona) . The pool area is very clean and peaceful. Don was so helpful with all of our questions and very prompt with all service. He even had someone come to change the battery on the garage remote for us! I highly recommend this rental, you will not be disappointed. If I ever have the pleasure of a return trip to Scottsdale this is where I plan on staying!

We spent 7 days here for a May get away with our daughter and son in law. This place has everything anyone could ever need away from home. The location was great for anyone visiting the Scottsdale area,and just getting around is a breeze as freeways are close. The condo was as described and just as we expected, it was very clean and well maintained. The photos are excellent but don't do the home justice. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away and have all the amenities of home. When visiting Scottsdale this is an outstanding choice. Thank you for the use of your home. We look forward to coming again and will recommend your place to all of our friends
