Located within walking distance of the many shops, bars and restaurants of Old Town Scottsdale. We offer three luxury vacation rental town homes side by side. Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and features over 1900 square feet of living space. Only five units on the property makes staying a comfortable and quiet experience.
Each of the three bedrooms have a private bathroom and a flat screen television and the configuration is with two kings and a queen bed. Queen double high air matress can sleep an extra 1 or 2 if desired. Pack nā play and high-chair available upon request.

Conveniently located on the South end of Old Town Scottsdale, this is the perfect location. When you stay here you can park the car and walk to restaurants, art galleries and shops or catch a ride on the free Old Town Trolley just behind the condo. The condos are 10 blocks South of Fashion Square Mall and 5 blocks East of Scottsdale Stadium (home to the San francisco Giants during spring training).

Left on 12/20/2011 for a stay in September 2011
recently my wife, brother and sister in law stayed at old town south. We had a great time! The condo was beyond what the pictures show, the pool was fabulous,and the location was incredible. We were only 2.2 miles from camelback which we took the opportunity to hike, I would recommend it to anybody.Next time we go to aZ we will certainly stay at old town south.We also brought along our 3yr. old, if anyone has children or even small children I would recomend old town south, they can accommodate for infants by supplying a crib upon request!
