The location is perfect, close to walking distance of both old town Scottsdale, the Mall and a outdoor walking/shopping area. The place was nice had a washer/dryer and full kitchen. Needed to have a Vacuum and a dust-pan in the rental. Now...the bad...the electricity was turned off by the power company 7 days into our 10 day stay. This was after I had let Danielle know there was a cut-off notice on the door the day after we got there. When it did get cut off she tried to tell us it was just a breaker that needed to be switched on outside the unit. I talked with the electric company representative when he cut the power to the unit for Non-payment of the bill, it was not a breaker. When she got it fixed a day 1/2 later she wanted us to move back in...we had already made other arrangements and I was not moving my stuff again for the last 2 days of our stay!!!

My boyfriend and I live on the beach, so when he was assigned to go to Scottsdale temporally for work we weren't thinking that it would be much of a vacation.
Surprisingly, it actually turned out to be the perfect little mini-vacation. The rental unit, which I booked through a woman named Danielle, was spotless. It provided us with way more space than a hotel room would have, and it had high ceilings that made it feel more like a home and less like a standard rental.
We were on the top floor, which was quiet and great placement. (There was no elevator, which was okay by us, but something I thought should be noted prior to rental for people with super heavy bags or problems on stairs.) We had access to a big pool (yay for me!) and a gym (yay for my boyfriend!).
We were allowed to bring our little dog (who is fully trained, as I told the management before-hand), which saved us a ton of money in boarding fees.
I'd totally recommend this to anyone who needs a place to stay in Scottsdale. We've actually already booked the spot again since we have to return in a few weeks and prefer to support a locally-owned company instead of a chain-hotel, which is something we always try to do. -

The location is excellent and close to restarants, bars and spas. The amenities are excellent and the grounds are impeccable. We like the spaciousness of the vacation rental, it is so much better than a hotel! We will definitely return to Scottsdale and stay here!!!
