We stayed in this rental for about 5 weeks and found the condo to be clean,comfortable and well equipped for our needs. The property is special in a number of areas - its location, its security (in that it is gated and patrolled)and it is well maintained. The Stone Creek Public Golf course is literally out the back gate and it is an easy walk to the Pro Shop. Along the golf course is a walking, biking and running trail that goes for several miles. The la Fitness facility is also immediately out the front gate. At the same time, it is close to all manner of shopping for fun or everyday needs. It is just a supper location and condo. The owner was very accommodating to our requests and needs. We had a very pleasant stay and would defintely recommend it.

Unique location, bordering the Stonecreek Golf Club and adjacent to the Paradise Valley Mall with an abundant variety of stores, shops and restaurants, including Dillard's and Macy's.
The property is in an exclusive, secure "gated" condo community, with underground parking and privileges to the workout room and pool/spa.
The furnishings are truly elegant with modern appliances.
The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable...and in real estate terminology it is all about location, location, location! -

The condo is decorated for beauty and comfort. Everything you need is included for a turn key luxury stay. The complex is located next to a beautiful golf course with great walking paths. Located in the area is a mall for shopping and countless restaurants. The complex includes resort style pool, spa and workout center. The community is not only gated and safe but kept spotlessly clean. With underground comfort of parking out of the arizona sun, your car stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. 24 hour guards are on patrol keeping the grounds safe and secure. It's a warm and welcoming community. It has minutes access to major freeway arteries, perfectly located in the center of Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix. I would reccomend it to all my friends.
