Description

Scottsdale is a famous art town which draws people from around the globe who come here for golfing, and lovely nice weather.

The Complex is located north of Thomas Road, where the shuttle will pick you up for shopping, sightseeing etc. A grocery store is one block away, restaurants, Arizona Country Club, shops are found on Thomas Road. A couple of parks for recreation and tennis are within easy walk as is the Canal which leads into Old Town.

The upstairs apartment in the two story buildings measures 771 sq feet and has a balcony facing north which is nice during hot days. You walk into the living room which has a queen fold out couch, lovely art, entertainment unit with TV, stereo, glass coffee table and side tables, lamps for reading. From the living room a glass door leas onto the deck which has two relaxing chairs and cocktail table. A guest closet is opposite the dining room.

The dining area is off the living room and offers a glass top table and chairs for 4. The fully equipped kitchen has oven, stove top, dishwasher, disposal, fridge w/freezer compartment, a separate utility room with a stacked washer/dryer.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, night stands, lamps, TV, writing/computer table. A walk in closet offers much space for your clothes. The tiled master bath has a vanity, sink, overhead shower, bathtub, mirror, area rugs, medicine cabinet and plenty of towels. Extra bed sheets and blankets are in the walk in closet. Laminated wood flooring throughout the apartment.

Good location. Literally a 2 minute drive to Fashion Square. Grocery store in walking distance. Owner initially responded quickly, then sprang an unexpected extra deposit for $300 not listed on flip… More

Response from the owner Dear Jason, Thank you for staying at my apartment. I'm sorry to hear that there was construction going on in the unit below you which I didn't know, otherwise I would have brought it to your attention before you decided to rent the apartment. I offer a damage waiver insurance of $ 49.00 or a refundable damage deposit of $ 300.00. I'm sorry that wasn't clear to you from the website and I will clarify this better for future guests. The legal size of the unit per county records is 771 square feet, which according to the average standard is large. The new air conditioning system was installed last July. You can adjust it to set the temperature to you liking. I think our caretaker Vickie would have been happy to come and assist you with it. I'm sorry you found Vickie as flakey,it's the first complaint I hear about her. As far as loud music and TV from neighbors, we cannot control who occupies these units at any given time. We have not had a complaint in the past, however, it can be annoying when this happens. My experience has been to talk to the offenders and ask them to turn it lower, or in a severe case call the police. Thank you again for your time in posting this comment. Sincerely, Hilde
