Loved this place. Located in North Scottsdale near Kierland Commons therefore close to restaurants and shops; full size kitchen with actual supplies that you can cook with such as spices, flour, sugar, tea, coffee, saran wrap, storage bags. The 3 bedroom sleep 6 comfortably, and the leather sofas invite 2 more if needed. The pool is comfortable with a hot tub; and the common area has a business center that you can use computer or print air line tickets. The exercise room has the essentials: elliptical, bike, treadmill etc. What is great is the movie room, a theatre style room with big lounge chairs that you can pop in your DVD to watch. Did I mention free wi-fi? the agent was very thorough in our orientation.

My wife, myself and our two sons 25 and 22 rented this condo in early Mar 2011. We were going to do some golfing, watch Spring Training Baseball and shopping. Well let me just say we had an excellent experience. The location is right across the street from the Kierland golf course (but don't play there, other better courses less expensive). It's walking distance from Kierland Commons and a new section right across the street called Kierland Corner (Nike Store, restaurants, yogart, shopping, etc.). There is also a Safeway store about half a mile away (we also walked there). If you go north on Scottsdale Rd you are about 5 miles from the 101 loop. Or south down to Cactus, then east to the 101. In short the location was very convenient and made getting around very easy (as long as you have GPS and know where you are going). So for the Condo. The complex was nice, pool, jazz, game room with pool table, computer center (to print boarding passes), movie room, Bbqs, etc. The only bad thing was the gates requires a keyfob to get both in an out. So on day of departure we couldn't stay later in the day, because we had no way to get out of the pool area. Condo itself is on the second floor, so if you pack like my wife you'd better be able to carry it all up two flights. Master bedroom had a walk-in closet, which was nice, and comfortable bed. Second bedroom has a king/queen and is also nice, big closet, but bed takes up most of the room and no overhead light making the room a little dark. Third bedroom has two twins. There is a family room with wood burning fireplace, and big padded couch. There is a kitchen table and kitchen itself is very well stocked and furnished (stainless appliances). The unit also has a nice balconey/patio area with two little tables. Now for check-in you have to meet the owner and make the key exchange (this went ok for us). Overall, I'd definitely stay here again. Location is excellent, condo is well appointed and very nice and if you're travelling as a family this would be a perfect place for a Scottsdale visit.

We stayed at Plaza Villa, the 2nd week in October, the condo is exactly how it is pictured, up to date and modern. The 2 main bedrooms are on separate ends of the condo. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it was a good size. The beds are very comfy. The location is great, right next to Kierland Commons (shops/restaurants) and right off Scottsdale Rd (every possible shop/restaurant imaginable). I'd definately recommend this location. The condo was well stocked with all supplies, and they also provided a pack&play; for us which was a nice touch. The pools were good size and had BBQ grills/seating around it. There was also a media room/pool table/ and an office where you could get online and print things. The wireless internet in the condo worked great as well. The process went very well, Myles answered every question instantly, and check in/out was great as well. I would definately recommend Latitude 8, and would use them again. thanks!

I would recommend staying at this nice place. It has a wonderful location. It is near restaurants, shopping, golf, hiking and many other things.
The condo is on the 2nd floor at the front of the complex. It is very clean and comfortable. It is nicely furnished and stocked with all the basics. (including dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels)
I would stay here again. It was perfect for 4 adults and 1 child.

For a vacation stay in Scottsdale, Plaza Villa is ideally located (shopping, food & golf) and very comfortable (we had 2 couples). We enjoyed all the amenities including the pool, fitness facility & BBQ area and the king beds are great.
The service from Latitude 8 and the check-in agent was excellent. Based on our experience I can highly recommend Latitude 8 and Plaza Villa.
We'll be back. -

We loved the place. It was perfect for the amount of people we had. 2 Adults, 5 children. We saved money by eating in at breakfast and most lunches. All the appliances were top notch. There were plenty of dishes, and cookware. The location was great as well. Close to many things, and easy to get to places that were further away. The only negative would have been that we constantly ran out of hot water for the showers. Two people would have hot water, and that was if it was quick. The people were great to work with as well. We adopted a baby in AZ and needed a townhome to stay in for 2 weeks while
paperwork was completed. This was the perfect location convenient to
shopping and restaurants. Very clean and well appointed home. Nothing it
lacked. Furnishings lovely. Access to common pool, gym and business center
all made life easier and more enjoyable. -

beehive right outside balcony we never were able to be outside, dead bees on
top of the beds, and also inside the kitchen drawers, my dad try to visit us one
day but he is extremely allergic to bees. first day without any notice we did not
have any electric, so we had to leave the place, i mention all this
