We stayed in this house with two other families. This one level house is stunningly beautiful, very spacious with 6 comfortable bedrooms. We loved that some of the rooms have private courtyards, great for a quiet escape. The house itself has great flow, and we absolutely loved the open concept living room and kitchen area. We really took advantage of the outdoor kitchen, using the BBQ every night. We loved it so much that we also had breakfast there. The pool in the backyard was the main attraction, the water slide is crazy fun for kids and adults. You'll never get bored because of the tennis courts, putting green, pool table, and a hot tub. In a sense, you don't even have to leave the property! But if you're in an exploring mood, the property is in the middle of Scottsdale.

My wife and I recently spent 4 days, 3 nights at this meticulously kept, conveniently located resort style Scottsdale home. We are experienced travelers and were on our first visit to arizona, not sure what to expect of the house and surroundings other than the pictures we saw online. Needless to say upon arrival, we were absolutely bewildered by the elegance of this property. It is immediately apparent upon pulling into the driveway that the owners have taken great measures to ensure guests with a first class stay. The house is spacious with attention to detail everywhere from the exceptionally comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms to the mediteranean style courtyards where olive and lime trees grow. The property feels either brand new or after extensive remodel and is designed with large entertainment areas inside and out without sacrificing privacy. All appliances including air conditioning (important in aZ) look new and functioned flawlessly. The main room of the house is equipped with a full service bar and pool table. The pool (with slide) and adjacent shade providing roof overhang give much reprieve from the arizona heat without having to have to stay indoors with the a/C on. The grill gazebo with circular seating made for great breakfasts every morning and Bbq's later in the day. The neighborhood is very high end with similar type properties and is close to shopping and major highways. This is an ideal home to host a large family gathering, corporate function, reunion or for those simply wanting refinement and pulchritude. We are already organizing a return visit next year.

As you know, me and my family have enjoyed a great vacation at your property "Hidden Paradise†in Fountain Hills. It is truly a hidden paradise as its features satisfied all of us, including my father who's level of criticism is extremely high. It is this reason, among many others, that I write you this letter.
I want to thank you for your hospitality and the opportunity that you so kindly offered to us to spend our vacation on your property. I always thought that booking a holiday villa in the us would be very difficult and could be a disappointing experience as website pictures is the only way to judge the qualities of the house. These thoughts appeared to be in vain. The house looks even better in real than on the pictures and the swimming pool and jacuzzi were above all expectations. The layout of the house offers every person an amount of privacy to do there own things, yet offers the possibility to be together in the main living room or the patio next to the pool for diner. As for hygene, the house looked crisp clear when we arrived. I can imagine what a work that must be in a villa that large and your effort was very appreciated. As we knew nothing of the environment, the information map on the counter you provided so kindly was very helpful to find our way around.
Concluding, you have made our holiday to a success. We have had a great time and could not have wished for a better house in a better environment. The fact that even my father was satisfied sais enough. Thank you for this great vacation, I want you to know the we are certainly going to book one of your holiday villa's again, as this was such a great experience.
