Left on 03/20/2012 for a stay in March 2012
This place may have 8 bedrooms but I wasn't able to find them when I stayed there. I only counted 6. Ask yourself this before you rent this place out.." why aren't there any pictures of the bedrooms posted?" One of the bedrooms was also hidden behind a door in the dining room. We did not find it til almost the 3rd day of our stay.It does sleep over 25+, but they are all jammed into mainly 5 bedrooms with a minimum of 3 twin beds in each. It also says it is pet friendly but in the week before we were to arrive they sent us guidelines and no pets was one of them. They also did not have any propane in anything that used propane. None of the patio heaters had any propane( how are you advertising outdoor patio heaters , when you have no propane for them). The BBQ grill by the pool had 3 empty ones. The outdoor fire pit had 1 empty one as well. There was also a lot of food already in the fridge. How are we suppose to put food to cook in a fridge with bags of food already in it.If you know someone's going to be staying there "please clean out your refrigerator. That said... It would be nice for commune style living or for retreats (which it probably is used for most of the time). It was great fun because we were around great friends the whole 4 days.
