This is a beautiful open rambler with high ceilings and lots of big windows to let the beautiful sunshine in each day. It has a wonderful view of Pinnacle Peak from almost every room in the house, and beautiful natural scenery surrounding the home. Although Skyline Estates is a golf resort community, when you look out the windows you see nature, not your neighbors! This 2 bedroom + den, 2.5 bath vacation home is at the end of a very large cul de sac. This is only one neighbor on one side, and beautiful scenery on the other. This is also a very family friendly home, featuring 4 high quality beds, an airbed and a pack n play crib. It... also features a wonderful pool and large grassy backyard… which is also very rare in Scottsdale (usually you will find small yards with landscaping rocks and a pool) So if you need space for the kids to run through the sprinklers, this is the house for you! The yard is fully fenced and you can even pick your own lemons off the lemon tree when in season. Plenty of outdoor seating, tables, and lounge chairs, along with a huge stainless steel gas grill for BBQs. This is also a great vacation home for golfers, with 4 high quality beds and the famous Troon North Golf resort just a minute away, it truly is a golfers dream! The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the amenities you are used to at your home. So whether you are a family, a group or golfers, you will find this home to be very unique because of the privacy, grassy backyard and scenery!

- The sunny master bedroom features a King size high quality mattress, 42" LCD TV and DVD player. It also has and en-suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, separate shower, double sink, and private toilet. It is well-appointed with alarm clock with iPod charger/player, 2 night stands with reading lamps next to bed. Large open windows with views of the pool and Pinnacle Peak, and a door leading to the pool. High quality roman shades with black out liner for those who like to sleep in late.

-The 2nd suite has a bathtub/shower combo and a High quality California King bed and 24" wall mount LCD TV

-The 3rd bedroom features 1 high quality queen bed and 1 high quality full size bed, a connecting powder room and closet.

-There is also an airbed available in the home for extra guests.

  We arrived late at night from the airport and located the Villa with ease. When we opened the doors we were better then pleased. This bright and clean well equipped villa was more then we bargained for. Hardwood floors with high end well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The master is set apart from the well appointed additional bedrooms.
  
  We loved the patio which faced a most glorious view of a lake and the golf course. The sunrises and and local bird life delighted us at daybreak as we sipped our morning coffee in total privacy.This villa would be ideal for families, lots of space and separate den/tv room from main living room.
  
  The locality is very practical, minutes to all shopping, dining, and all sports. The resort encompasses swimming, tennis and a restaurant. One may also opt for room service if needed.
  
  All in all, we would stay here again, we have nothing but pleasant memories to remember.

  Perfect vacation

  This condo was amazing! The surroundings were beautiful, we had ample space for four adults and three children, and were close to all of the main Scottsdale attractions. I could easily live in this condo full time. I hope to be able to stay there again on our next trip to the area.
