  I rented the "Raintree" house in Scottsdale, AZ from Sunbelt Vacations. The whole process was a disaster from beginning to end. They will not provide you with an address until the day you arrive, and we were told we would receive a call with that information by 3pm the day we arrived. It was 3:45pm and no call. I called the reservation line and eventually got through to the property manager, who provided the details over the phone and would not meet us at the house as is typically the norm. This should've been a Red Flag. The amount of issues with the house are too numerous to list all here, but I'll list a few: Cracks in the floor, liquid substances on counter tops, end tables, dinner table upon arrival. No igniter in the BBQ, which led to me literally being singed the first time I used it. The sprinkler system broke, and the backyard started flooding. I called and spoke with "Oscar" who thanked me for the call and said someone would be out there immediately. No one showed up, so after a day I called again. The hottub had a mildew substance and smelled terribly, rendering it un-operatable. They provide a book for you to leave comments, and it was comical as many pages were missing which we presume were all the negative reviews.
  
  I'm now trying to get my $500 deposit back after close to a month. As a prior reviewer noted, be very careful with Sunbelt as I have had nothing but trouble with them. The pictures of the house are not even close to what the actual condition of the house is. It's obvious that the Property Management company does not put the money back into cleaning and repairs, and is too embarrassed to even meet their clients at the house. I sent numerous emails during my stay along with phone calls detailing the issues yet almost nothing was done. I'm hoping it's not a long process to get my deposit back, but after my experience I'm quite certain it will be. I would not rent again from this company under any circumstances.
