This Luxury four bedroom, two bathroom Villa is located in the quiet residential area now known as 'Casa Rica'. It was formerly known as 'Spanish View'.
The property is a detached, single level home of almost 2,000 square feet.
It is fully air conditioned and has many ceiling fans.
Just in case this Villa doesn't suit your requirements or is unavailable, look at one of our other Villas on Flipkey reference 320088 and 686460.
The property is bright with high vaulted ceilings that provide a feeling of space. The furnishings are of a traditional and 'South Western' theme.
Please Note that the Rate for a 4 Weeks is 3 times the Weekly Rate and the Monthly rate is 3.25 the Weekly Rate. The Flipkey Quoting System does NOT Quote this so please contact us for an Accurate Quote.

The accommodation consists of the following:
Entrance Hall, this leads to the Dining Room and Living Room.
Living Room with Fire Place, there is a Sofa and a Love Seat (2 seater), there are double doors that lead to a Covered Patio, Swimming Pool and Spa Area which has recently been extended to include an Awning.
Formal Dining Room consisting of Drinks and Glass Cabinet (with a supply of alcohol which you are most welcome to use), Table and Eight Chairs.
Fully Equipped Kitchen / Breakfast Bar with Granite Countertops, consisting of a Full Cooker and Oven, Microwave, Blender, Fridge / Freezer with Water and Ice Dispenser, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Waste Disposal, Crockery, Cutlery etc. for more than eight people.
Large Family Room with views of the pool area,40 inch Smart Screen TV / DVD, Colour Printer and Phone / Fax / Scanner / Copier and Free Wireless Internet.
Breakfast Area; there is an additional dining table and chairs overlooking the Covered Patio area, Spa and Heated Pool.
Master Bedroom with Super King Size Bed (6 foot), Smart TV.
There are double doors that lead out to the Covered Patio, Heated Pool and Spa.
There is a Dressing area, Full Bathroom, Separate Shower and Separate Toilet.
Access to the Bedroom is off the Living Room.
Three further Bedrooms, two of which are twins, and one Queen (5 foot), and another Bathroom with a walk in Shower and a single basin / sink.
Access to these Bedrooms is off the Dining - Kitchen area.
A utility room with a washer and separate dryer.
A Selection of Games and Books are also provided.
The rear garden is completely enclosed, with a Pool (Heated in the winter, October - March), Waterfall and Spa. A well-sheltered area, as well as open areas, allows you to enjoy the sun without getting burned.
A large Patio Area suitable for sunbathing and Barbecues is adjacent to the Heated Pool.
A Chimenea (small woodburner) in the garden allows you to enjoy the evenings during the winter months.
