The Phoenix area is very spread out so location is a very important consideration when selecting a home in the greater Phoenix area. Many people have heard of Scottsdale which is a very nice area North and East of Phoenix proper. Paradise Valley is actually a small town that is between Phoenix and Scottsdale. The homes are all very exclusive and generally the most expensive in the Phoenix area. Many homes back on to one of mountains or have a great view of them mountains.
There are many shopping and eating areas nearby. As this home is so centrally located, everything is just 15 minutes away.
Ten minutes north of the home is Kierland which is a great outdoor mall full of stores and restaurants. Across the street from Kierland is Scottsdale Quarter with more restaurants and stores like Apple, Nike and Sephora.
Ten minutes south is Fashion Square Mall with all the big brands like Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks, Dillards, Macy's and Barney's and more choices to eat at also. Fashion Square Mall borders on old town Scottsdale which has great dining choices, clubs and a fabulous art work and art galleries.

The owners of this home provided prompt service to help cater to all our needs in this beautiful home. We especially enjoyed the home theater which was like a private professional movie theater...they have apple tv installed so I just signed into my iTunes account and we had hours of viewing pleasure...the master bedroom was a home of its own with a gym, office, several shower heads in the spa and a walkin closet I could live in and be happy!
The Internet was fast and most of the other bedrooms had desks so my family could use there laptops in the privacy of their own space...my husband also had a private office which he used daily...Ravi, the owner of the home was kind enough to set up the printer for us and it was very helpful in our busy lives...
As temperatures became hotter outside the misters allowed us to continue to enjoy the outdoor pool, lounging and dining area comfortably with music romancing us every evening.
My husband and son used the pool table regularly and ping pong table mainly because they were situated in the middle of the living area which was perfect! There is a circular bar by the pool table which we used as an iPad station and we gathered there to chat often...
The kitchen was nice with high appliances and the extra refrigerator was very helpful.
The gym and spa at the gainey village just three minutes away which was spectacular! My open table said there are over 90 restaurants within a few miles of the home...great location for dining and shopping...
The bike riding in the morning was incredible with miles of bike paths just outside the door of the home...
We hope to return to this home...
