The house has great potential. We were a group of six there for a girls getaway. For the money we spent we were disappointed. The layout is great for larger groups. It has great amenities but all is very worn and tired. The seating around the pool is great, but the cushions are ripped and stained. The pool is nice but very expensive to heat at $75 a day in april. The house was clean. But the carpet definitely needs to be replaced. Its very stained. Wear slippers at all times! All it needs is a little updating. Bedding and towels should be replaced. Its nice that there is a tv in the master bedroom...but no remote control? Location is in a quiet neighborhood which is nice. Lots of stores nearby. A trip to Target would do this house wonders!
Great family fun

We had a great time at casa de sol. The home was well kept and had a ton of things for our kids to do. There were so many pool toys we didn't even get through all of them. The place is very close to shopping, golf and anything else you need. We had two families each with two small children under five and had very few problems. The decor is a little outdated but that was a very minor problem in the scheme of things. Great time and wonderful experience all around.
Very nice place

My husband and his guy friends stayed at the house. It was a guy trip only. They love it. It was close to everything and easy to get to Barrett Jackson auction and back. The only thing they said bad about the house was the carpet was very dirty and needed to be cleaned before they arrived. It has to be real bad if guys say it needs cleaned. Also not near enough towels for 6 guys. They also suggested to have one or maybe two bedrooms to have twin beds ( these guys don't sleep in the same beds with other guys) If it was a girl trip we wouldn't have had any problems sleeping. Other than that it was great. Would stay there again once they fix the small problems.

Lovely spacious house, with comfy beds and outside furniture. Wes the Management was helpful and the house was close to amenities. Easy to get about.
Would recommend this house to families.

This house was more than we expected. I had a total of 9 girls including myself fly down from Washington State to rent this house. We were blown away. The house was very clean and had everything in place. The pool was sparkling clean. We had a blast. I would stay at this house again if I could.

Nice, but a little spendy

We stayed here with two other families (3 families total). It had plenty of room and was quite comfortable. The house came stocked with toys for the kids and pool toys for the pool. It was all great.
The quote on the pool to keep it heated for the week was around $300. We heated it for three days and then stopped heating it because the weather cooled. We got our bill and it was about $150 more than the estimate. The pool will cost more than you think to heat.
