This exquisite custom-built 3,000 sq.ft. contemporary has three bedrooms and three adjoining large baths on in their own private wings off the open living/dining area. It has exquisite mountain views located in the Pinnacle Foothills area (also known as Troon area) in the Troon area of N. Scottsdale. Just breathtaking!

Highest quality amenities are provided for your enjoyment. Viking appliances and all the latest small appliances; you have the option of eating in the kitchen, in the separate dining room or outside at the pool, which also has a stainless built-in grill. For your entertainment needs, Bose surround-sound is piped into t...he living room and outside on the patio, and there is a 37-inch LCD HDTV with digital HD cable in the living room as well as the bedrooms. DVD player and DVD library. Pool has floating rafts, chaise lounges and towels provided. On the pool is a stainless built in grill. You will love not having people looking over your pool area when you are there because there are no neighbors adjacent to the patio areas. Very large property.

The bedrooms are on separate wings of the house and each has access to the outside and has its own bathroom with U-shaped shower (tub in master).

The pool area is on the west patio and is completely private with no neighbors. You can relax on the chaise lounges, drift on the floats provided, and have your drinks and meals outside. The southern patio has a beautiful view of Pinnacle Peak and its hiking trails, and there is an eastern-facing patio to the north for that bedroom's enjoyment of coffee in the morning.

The open layout of this beautiful home is great for families and groups vacationing together. You are very close to some of the highest-rated gourmet restaurants, shopping, golf courses, Cave Creek, Carefree, D.C. Ranch, and of course to Old Town Scottsdale. Mayo Clinic is just 15 minutes away and there is another large hospital at Thompson Peak, just 7 minutes away.

For those looking for adventure or attending special events such as the Barrett-Jackson auction, TPC or other golf events, horse shows, or who want convenience to museums, horse back riding, boating, mountain climbing or biking, this is the perfect location. There are also various jeep desert tours or just climb on an ATV and jeep yourself for a self-guilded desert tour. You are far enough away from all the concrete in downtown Scottsdale that you have the relaxation and cool temperatures that you desire. Although we are always booked either on a weekly or monthly basis for the winter months, summer is one of the best times to take advantage of the cool temperatures at this house, a cool dip in the pool, and most of all the discounted prices we have available in the summer months. There is little humidity in AZ compared to other warm summer climates and it makes for the perfect stay, especially for families.

Convenient and upscale shopping is nearby at the beautiful El Pedigrel Festival Marketplace, D.C. Ranch shops, Cave Creek and its unique shops, and of course are a convenient drive to Fashion Square Mall, Kierland Commons or several other recently established shopping districts in Scottsdale.

Amenities are plentiful - hair dryer, large laundry room with state of the art washer and dryer; iron and ironing board.

The neighborhood and location of the house is quite private. Upscale million-dollar neighborhood is quite safe and the mountain scenery surrounding the house is breathtaking. You can easily go horseback riding, rent a Jeep and go thru the desert (or drive one yourself), rent an ATV, hike up Pinnacle Peak, rent a boat and go out to Lake Pleasant, go hot air ballooning, and my favorite, go shopping at many of the new shopping areas in Scottsdale.

  Everything here is as represented. The kitchen is great with lots of high end appliances. It has a breakfast bar and a table with seating for four (in addition to the dining room table). The bedrooms are spacious (Master is massive). Desert views are delightful and the area was teeming with birds.
  
  When we look for a rental we are drawn to the ones with a track record of many positive reviews. There are reasons why this one fits that description. Jayne is a pleasure to deal with and takes a personal interest in the renters' satisfaction. The best endorsement we can give is that we have already booked a return trip.

  My wife and I stayed at this home for 2 weeks and enjoyed family visits during much of that time. The layout, cleanliness and spectacular beauty was all that we could ask for. The girls enjoyed the pool and chaise lounges and the guys enjoyed the built in grill and great entertainment patios surrounding the house. Very comfortable and the location is very convenient to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, golf courses; however, you don't feel like you are sitting on top of one another because there are no visible neighbors from the pool area as the house sits on one acre.
