The interior is a smartly designed 3200sf of open comfortable living space, with a polished concrete floor and stark design.
DirecTV Premium displayed on a video HD projection system, and Cox Hi-Speed Internet (with wireless) are included.
There are two full bathrooms, and all three bedrooms have "jack and jill" sink/vanity areas for convenience and privacy.
The lower master suite has a split king (twin XL) adjustable massage bed.
There is also a covered 2-car carport, and spacious outdoor patio with lounges and chairs, and courtyard with NexGrill BBQ. A large gated community pool is directly across the private street.

Pete - thanks for being such a great host. The place was situated right near everything we wanted to do - dinner and drinks in old town Scottsdale, spring training games, you name it. We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming down again some time soon!
