A stunning home in the very upscale community of McDowell Mountain Ranch area of Scottsdale (can't do better than that!). A bungalow (no stairs!) of 2400 luxury square feet, located in the "IT" area of Scottsdale!
Full of amenities all around. Views of McDowell Mountains and the gorgeous nightly red sunsets.
Home is fully equiped and furnished to please the most picky tastes. Fully furnished home with top of the line designer furniture include double chaise in living room, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Huge Masterbedroom and Ensuite, MEDIA ROOM with a 60" Flat Screen and DVD, den area/desk, fully-equiped laundry room, double garage, spacious rooms, etc. High ceilings throughout, a very open floor plan.
PUTTING GREEN is in your own backyard back - practice your golf shot as much as you want! The entertainers' backyard also includes a limestone eating area (covered!), lounge chairs for suntanning, a GOURMET kitchen/island made of slate, BBQ, Bar Area, even a double swing so you can enjoy the mountain view and the sunset every night.

House rules
Community standards do not permit large and loud parties. Small private quiet gatherings are permitted if communicated in advance to the owner.
Kiva Fireplace (as part of the outdoor set-up) isn't for fire-burning use. Fire-burning of any kind is prohibited by Maricopa Country. Cars are to be parked on the driveway or in the garage only. Not on the street sidewalk. Pool key and garage key if lost are replaced at $75 each. Window screens closed at all times please.
